Super rotten, AC leaks, dirty roomThe pillow sheets had lots of stains on them and the towels were very dirty and had lots of hair on them

This hotel is no longer suitable, if there were any minuses I would immediately give it a minus 5 star... first impressions were messed up... from a long trip I hoped I could just rest straight away but instead I was given a very dirty room. Starting from the bathroom, the drainage has a lot of hair, the glass looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, the cupboards have holes in them, there are cobwebs too, the mattress is also dusty, the body itches and doesn't want to take a shower so... one person doesn't appreciate the guest who has pay, you want to be given a free stay OGah..! This is really unfit for human habitation.IT'S NOT RECOMMENDED..!!!

I booked via Traveloka until the hotel was told the rooms were full, so I asked for a refund. The hotel didn't want to wait half an hour to find a room. Order 2 rooms initially got 1 room without remote AC, the bathroom was not clean. A few minutes later the other room was ready, the bathroom couldn't be used because it was dirty. Very disappointed and not recommended

Arrived at 10 pm, said the room was full/overloaded even though I had ordered via Traveloka and paid. Check-in starts at 2pm, but until 10am, how come you can't control the room overload, the reason why the Traveloka application can't be closed?The employee said "wait, let's check first" already 2 hours ago. Our family wasn't the only one who got pranked that night, there were 3 other guests who got pranked tooThe picture is just sweetener, there are renovations.

Notification for visitors to the KIMONO SPA HOTEL account, we have cleaned the condition of the hotel room as best as possible and always replaced the equipment or checked it, before visitors check in it would be better to check the room first, check it first, if you don't feel like it, you can check another room and you can move room, thanks for the input...
