I do not recommend this hotel at all in terms of service, it is excellent, but the rooms are very bad and small and the smell of the bathroom is always in the room. There is no refrigerator in all the rooms, and if you want to leave food, they say give it to us, we put it in the kitchen. Glass water cans that are not clean, and if they are finished, you go to the corridor and fill them yourself from the refrigerator, meaning everyone has used them. Before you, the location is correct in the mall, but its entrance is bad and the crowding is unbearable. There are hotels in the area that are much better and cheaper than it.

A small good hotel for a couple of days for exploring Kuta, located in the very center, on the territory of a shopping center. There is a beach across the road. There are a lot of cafes, bars and surf schools nearby.Cons: no pool and breakfast not for Russian tourists

We were in Yello hotel for my birthday, I went out till 9:30pm and i didn’t expect for surprise or request for anything. However, kindly staff surprised me with the beautiful sweet cake and sang birthday song for me. I’m so grateful for it.Staffs are super supportive and friendly. Rooms are so clean and so convenient location. Highly recommend. We will be back for long term next time.
