Decent homestay. Experience staying here:Price, really worth itThe rooms are quite clean and have a nice minimalist interior.But there was less peace because those of us downstairs were disturbed by the sound of people walking around upstairs. Maybe because the person is big, the floor covering in the upper room is not thick enough. So the steps sound clear.So So's manager is quite friendly.Location near places to eat such as shops, food stalls, indxxxrt, alxxxrt, nasi jinggo etc. Walk 1 km and reach Kuta beach, Legian shopping center, etcParking is limited to a maximum of 3 cars, you must ask first if you bring a car. Don't bother parking because many people bring cars.Booking can be done via the application or directly via WA.What makes me confused is the slide on the side of the stairs, it's fun for launching things from above like suitcases, etc.

Very good location, service and pleasant welcome.However, the cleaning is not very well done. shared bathroom a little dirty (showers and toilets should be cleaned more often given the number of rooms) + Smell of cigarettes in the common area at the entrance to the rooms too present.Very small double bed, it is a slightly larger single bed that you share between two people. This should be specified when booking.Value for money ok (for one person) but other establishments nearby at the same price are much better!For 2 people the rooms are really not suitable, the bed is much too small!

Single room advertised as a double room on Booking, cleanliness to be reviewed, air conditioning did not work (exceptionally because remote control stolen the day before), smell of smoke in the hall and the rooms…Otherwise very convenient location and pleasant staff.
