Unfortunately, I saw red-black water flowing from the fountain. It smelled in the toilet. The cleaning staff were throwing the pillows on the floor and sweeping the bed with a broom. The room I stayed in had no light. There were disconnections on the internet. It was tolerable to some extent due to regular cleaning, affordable price and good location.

All in all pleasant stay and good value for little money.The staff was friendly.The rooms were reasonably clean.Location is good in a quiet street, close to shops and restaurants, 20 minutes to the beach.Pool was nice.When we arrived some lights were broken and the staff member who showed us the room said they'll repair it the next day. It wasn't repaired so I reminded them, only to find the room cleaned and the light still broken.Next day it was repaired.The bathroom seemed to have been cleaned very superficially, the bathroom fittings looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in month and we're covered in lime.Bed sheets had some stains (probably was washed and stains were old).The AC was weak.. we left it running on 21ยฐC the whole night and it was barely cool..Upon arrival we "had to" pay the whole stay in cash, because there'd be a 3% charge on any card payment.. a bit outdated..Wifi wasn't good

Had the pleasure of spending time there twice and it was a really enjoyable experience . The place is nice and well located, well maintained and the persons working there are so nice and helpful ! Thank you again for a great stay.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with bathtubs, but its aged infrastructure shows signs of wear, with stained pipes and tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast lacks variety and portion sizes are small. However, the staff is friendly. Given the price paid, it falls short and renovation is needed. I wouldn't recommend it.

Here's the first thing, you must manage your expectation when you book a room on a budget inn.Pros:+ Quite near Kuta beach, you can walk to the beach, but I think it will be better if you rent a motorcycle.+ There's mini mart and street food stalls (babi guling, nasi pedas, Chinese food, etc) on walking distance. And there's motor rent too.+ There's a bathtub. And the hot water running very consistent.+ Spacious balcony.+ Helpful and friendly staffs.+ Good wifiNeutral:* The stairs to second floor is quite steep, and the stair steps is quite high.* Sometime the bathroom smells terrible. Most likely the culprit is from wash basin, thankfully you can close the hole.* The balcony is not getting direct sun light, so the clothes on clothesline is slow to dry* There's no shower curtain, so you better have a shower while sit down.* No hair dryer on receptionist.* No water kettleCons:- Dead cockroach on a bathroom. I hate cockroach, thankfully it's already dead.- The air conditioner is not cold enough. This is because there's a gap below the door to the balcony. So you need to plug the gap using something.- There's a lot of ants. Don't put your food or drink on the table too long.- The bathtub sink hole cover is not big enough, you need paper or plastic if you want to have hot bath.Overall, the pros beat the cons especially on the budget friendly price.

I stayed here many days the rooms are basic and a bit outdated but the place is very nice with a swimming pool and a quiet courtyard. You can also have breakfast nothing sophisticated but it's a plus considering the convenient cost of the room. 5 minutes to the beach.

Living here for one month was an extraordinary experience, this place is worth calling home because the people are very friendly, like your own family.The rooms are clean, hot showers, swimming pools, TV and wifi are all there, the beds are also comfortable.Working from home here feels really comfortable.(We occupied the room below in front of the swimming pool), for the rooms above they said the facilities were more or less the same.There is a dressing table and a fairly large wardrobe. It seems like a month is still not enough, it is also available to order food and drinks at the restaurant.Car parking is also quite comfortable, there is also motorbike parking, safe because there is CCTV.Thank you to Mr & Mrs Ari and their family who were super kind while we were there.If you return to Bali, you will definitely stay here again.Thank you,Renny & Denny

The room is good, AC works perfectly and the balcony is a plus as is the TV. The hot water shower works as expected.The pool area lacks lounge chairs and umbrellas, there are only 6 lounge chairs for more than 40 rooms.An elevator would improve the hotel, and a restaurant would be convenient.The breakfast is good although they give you only one egg, tea/coffee and fruit.Well located near the center, the corner restaurant has good prices and delicious food (and the big beer at 40K)
