The rooms are nice, the staff are friendly. Only the cleanliness is poor, there is no bath soap or morning coffee. The bathroom was never cleaned. Disgusting only the condition of the room and everything else is good

It's really the worst experience, it's true that the price depends on the quality. but it's not like that either.I don't know what's messy in front of the room.When I checked in I wasn't given a room key, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the sheets were dirty, the TV was broken and still installed, the toilet was so dirty I didn't want to shower there👀My advice: it's better to just make it a hotel, it's better to be a boarding house 😎

The worst hotel I have ever been to, before 10 minutes I had already checked out another hotel!! Just last night I checked in there, the spray smelled, lots of hair, yellow toilet, no towels or soap. The AC is really hot! Lots of rubbish in every corner. The elevator stopped, hahaha, I immediately ran away, instead of being there, what else would I take my children with me. The room smells really real🤮🤮🤮

The bed sheets were dirty, the mattress had lots of bed bug mites, the room was smelly when you entered, the bathroom smelled of urine. The AC wasn't cold at all. The room area had a lot of dirty trash, there were no towels, no soap. If you don't intend to open the hotel, it's better to just close it. Check in. That's the same for the receptionist. lost somewhere waiting for a long time

SPOOKY AS HELL. I BOOKED FROM TRAVELOKA. AFTER ARRIVING CHECK-IN THERE'S NO SOAP IN THE ROOM, LEAKING HANDWASH SINK, BLACKOUT TV, NO PHONE IN THE ROOM. I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

There is only one staff, namely the receptionist, and he sometimes disappears and doesn't know where he is. The room was terrible, the floor both in the room and in the lobby had not been mopped, there were lots of shoe prints and it was sticky, the walls of my room were dirty with lots of stains, the AC and surrounding area had lots of lizard poop, it wasn't cold anymore. The bathroom has a yellow floor, the toilet too, there's no hot water, the air vents have a lot of dust. There are still many things I don't like about this hotel, basically don't come here if you want to holiday around Legian.

it was really unexpected, the hot water was off, TV was off, broken door handle, bad communication, disabled lift. I was staying for 2 nights, they didnt clean up the room for the 2nd night. it's really way too expensive for this experience.Hope they can improve the service, communication, all of them. maybe will change my review later once they improved.
