Very nice hotel, central, with friendly staff and a helpful reception. Also very clean. Small deduction in the room because the Wi-Fi was often interrupted in my case.

I considered this hotel my home away from home have stayed here 15 times over the last 12 years have had many birthdays here and been welcome and looked after surprised with flowers and gifts staff always accommodating polite have become best friends over the years I would not stay anywhere else see you all next year xo

Very good experience for around twenty euros/night. The setting is splendid, the receptionists pleasant and helpful. Possibility of leaving your luggage there and having lunch there.

We love this place !!! 😍We originally booked for 2 nights, then extended 2 more and 2 more and ended up staying 11 nights on our 14 days stay in Bali !!It was perfect for our family of 3 with a toddler. The place and the pool is beautiful, our room was just in front of the pool. The walls are quite tick so it doesn't get to loud for our baby to nap.The staff is really nice and helpful and they all know our daughter's name !!The location is really good close to shops and 15 min walk to the beach.Definitely recommend to stay at the Flora hotel in Kuta. We will come back !!

I really enjoyed this hotel for one night, you will feel like you are in Bali with its architecture, while being very clean, the rooms are spacious and the location is very good. Really a nice address with good value for money.

I hung up to stay for a few hours before leaving.There was no elevator and the room condition was very bad.I'm not the type to be sensitive.Toilet, room smell, air conditioner, etc.I only endured it for a short period of time. I don't recommend it.

BEWARE SCAM AND ROACHES:Worst hotel I've ever been to in my life - dead cockroach in the rooms, bedbugs under the mattresses. They promised me a refund, telling me that they would drop everything off at my hotel in cash because they couldn't give me a refund via booking.Please listen to me DON'T COME HERE, the photos are a scam and they are thieves and hoodlums!!!!!!!!

A very nice hotel with a pool and very friendly and committed staff. We had originally only booked for one night, but decided to stay a little longer and extended it by three more nights. This wasn't a problem either.

The major plus for this hotel property is value. At the time of my stay, rates were about $23 usd per night, which is exceptionally competitive for a 3-star hotel. Rooms were clean and generally quiet, and the wifi was "acceptable", generally, with infrequent periods of slowed data transfer. The wifi service could use an upgrade. The air conditioning systems generally function well but some of the room units are at their end-of-life period which means you can expect reduced temperature management capabilities and minor operational deficiencies. The first room I was in had an A/C unit that was so loud I trouble sleeping, for example. This issue was promptly corrected by the staff who are very friendly and helpful. Note: for laundry service and fresh local fruits and vegetables, visit the tiny vendor just across the side street from the Hotel's front entrance.

Perfect choice! I travelled solo and for me it was close to a luxury atmosphere. :) Apart from being a little bit strict on the check in timing, I have no other complaints. The rooms and bathroom were really neat with everything that's required. Adequate number of towels were provided. They have a small restaurant with decent food but you can also get something from outside to eat as well. The rooms have curtains for extra privacy. You can although hear people enjoying in the pool if you are on the ground floor because the rooms are located around the pool, if you are affected by that. The receptionist was really friendly and I would definitely choose this hotel again. :) Also, it is easily accessible by scooters and cars and they have parking spaces too.
