This hotel, despite its numerous positive reviews, has proven to be an extraordinarily disappointing experience. There is an astonishing disregard for the basic needs of guests seeking rest and comfort.First off, the floor housing my room was undergoing renovations, resulting in constant loud noise from drilling, hammering, and general commotion in neighboring rooms, even late into the night at 12 AM. I struggled to get any sleep during both nights of my stay due to this incessant noise. Moreover, when I reached out to the staff for assistance, they were completely unresponsive to my requests to address the situation and allow me some peace.To add insult to injury, the pool was closed during my visit. It’s unacceptable to charge full price for a hotel stay when you can’t deliver on the promised amenities.As for breakfast, it fell disappointingly short of expectations—more akin to what you’d find at a hostel than a hotel. While I understand that taste is subjective, the quality was simply not up to standard.Additionally, the bathroom drainage was clogged, and after notifying the staff, they neglected to address the issue, which exemplifies a troubling lack of care for their guests.On a positive note, the hotel's location is convenient, and there is available parking. However, beyond this, the management needs a serious overhaul focused on customer service. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel and will not waste my time or money on such subpar service again.

Lovely accommodation, very good service staff. But deducted one star because the water in the bathroom flowed very lightly. Breakfast options are a little less. If you go to stay during the night market, it will be a bit crowded. Parking is far away.

We arrived at the hotel to check in at around 11 o'clock in the evening. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. After we put our luggage away, we went to the nearby 7-11 to buy something. When we returned to the hotel, the public dining area was closed, but the boy still helped a group of us have a place to eat together.The room is not big and the luggage can be spread outThe bathroom is small, but the water pressure is sufficient and there is hot waterThe bed is on the hard side, not an independent tube bed!The hotel is located in an alley where cars cannot enter, but it is not far from the main road. There are convenience stores and massage parlors nearby. Very convenient👍

Bad experiences too noisy employees in front of room (101). I just need to sleep but I had to wake up due to their chatting all time since I was checked in until the last day of checked out. Never coming to this place again. Bad service💔
