Since it was a night flight, I made a reservation to go to the market and leave my luggage behind, but as soon as I turned on the water, the water turned black...I recently had a drain pipe built, so I was told it would be okay if I turned on a little more water, but it would turn white quickly.I felt bad so I just washed my hands, but a larva appeared in the tap water.Just looking at the photo makes me faint again.

Don't spend your money on accommodation where the rooms are smelly and don't have hot water. And there is no parking.

Update-7/6/24It's very disappointing that the hotel would post such an insincere reply to my review. I was told by Agoda that I'm blacklisted by the hotel and can't make a future reservation with them because I gave them a poor review. This directly contradicts their "give us another chance" reply below. Apparently, the sales team wants people to think they are sorry for their actions when they clearly just don't want me to stay and leave another truth filled review. In addition, I was told by them previously through whatsapp that no contact with management is allowed. Only whatsapp messages through the sales office are allowed (see attached screenshot) At least everybody can see their contradictory statements and attempted cover up now. Please learn from my mistake and don't spend money somewhere you have no option to resolve issues that arise. Avoid the stress and avoid this hotel.Too expensive for what you get. Smallest rooms of any Bali hotel. Staff is always hanging out and talking in the kitchen so guests can't really use the small kitchen area whenever they want. It's not the staff's fault- it's just not a good setup. Shower never gets hot water. Mattresses are very lumpy and uncomfortable. Rooms are not regularly cleaned regardless of how long you stay. So, you have to go request a clean towel or toilet paper. There's no onsite manager or way to contact him for any issues. Very disappointing.

Book a room via the Agoda apk and get the best price, the room is very comfortable and clean, the location is very strategic, unfortunately there is not enough parking space

Second time staying at Cove Renata. I had a very good experience there. the room is quite small but very clean and tidy. there is public kitchen, water dispenser and refigerator. Great location.

A fairly affordable hotel in Seminyak, located on the road to Seminyak beach. The route is quite busy and congested. The rooms are clean, the hotel accessories are quite good, the service is friendly and there is a public kitchen that can be shared. My advice is that it's suitable to bring a motorbike here because if you bring a car you automatically have to park on the side of the road, but it's safe. Disadvantages: Does not have special car parking. The service was good, when I parked my car, they helped me park on the side of the road. The bathroom is decent for a hotel of this class. The mattress is a bit hard, the space is a bit narrow. Cold AC

It's really comfortable. Initially I was hesitant to stay here, because of several reviews. But finally I had the courage to try staying here.And it turns out to be really comfortable. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Even though the view isn't great because it faces the roof tiles, it's pretty good to see the sky.Ablution friendly bathroom. There is a water tap which makes ablution very easy. The best ✨

Actually, I liked the room and the location, as well as the service, but was a bit disappointed when we left behind some of our items (personal toiletries and skincare amenities).Left it in the bathroom sink, but after we contacted the staff directly, they said there wasn't any 😂😂😂.. IT'S STRANGE. It doesn't matter if we believe in KARMA and we are sincere.So, for anyone who stays here. Make sure nothing is left behind with your belongings. Because it will be considered HILAAANGGG 👍👌🏻😊.Thanks

Stayed there for 5 days 4 nights. Room was spacious for me. Clean. Smelled good (disinfected smell). 24hours receptionist was available. Friendly people. Water pressure and heat in the shower was AMAZING. Would definitely stay there again. Nearby supermarket sells almost everything. Receptionist knocked my door whenever i requested for wake up service!!!
