Not RecommendedI recently had an unfortunate stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it. Upon arrival, I discovered the window in my room was broken. Despite notifying the front desk immediately, I had to wait long for it to be fixed. The floor was sticky and clearly not cleaned properly. When I requested an iron, it took nine hours to arrive. Additionally, the door card was not functional, and I had to call twice and wait for a replacement. To top it all off, the TV in the room did not work at all. Overall, the experience was incredibly disappointing.

Lovely hotel and very centrally located to the beach and all the evening life in the beach. The staff at the hotel was so attentive. Loved the massage and spa. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was plentiful but had more of an Eastern slant. Loved the rooftop, the bar, the music and the BBQ meal. The sunset was glorious.We had a beautiful executive suite and the balcony there offered us sea view.. simply perfect. The hotel offered us a perfect vehicle and driver who took us to the airport in sheer comfort. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, value, and convenience especially to the airport.Thank you team. Would love to come back.

Booking for 4D3N here. The room is spacious, already included bathtub even for deluxe room.Overall services is great. The location also walkable to beach and several restaurants.The food was good. But the varieties for soup could be improved in the breakfast.Slightly minus on the sheets is not changing daily, eventhough it's already has stained. And the bathroom sometimes smelly probably from the drain.

This place was very great! The room was ever spacious and neat! The color and design was very modern and sleek. Breakfast was amazing! Had a very wide variety of food to choose from! Close to the beach and very good view of the ocean. I would recommend a stay here!

Dina was a fabulous host on the infinity deck. Great pasta a n d pizza. Fantastic mai tais. Nice pool and good selection at breakfast buffet. Bed was enormous and room had everything nee d ed. Well resourced gymnasium. Hotel very clean and opposite beach.

It was good. Rooms are spacious, but ours had a very strange smell. The television didn't work twice and had to be replaced.The staff at the reception and door are always polite🌴Regarding the location: there wasn't much to see or do. Only the beach is very beautiful. From there you can easily get to Uluwatu, but be careful with the traffic!

If you want to rest, go your way!We have a sea view room on the top floor (so far so good) but it is located just below the DJ set on the rooftop with vibrations and music since the balcony door does not close properly… according to the staff it is like that every night… all this for 6 people who don’t even dance!So room 803 to avoid, bad smell in the bathroom, and no bathrobes: surprising for a 5 starLocation close to the airport without the noise pollutionBreakfast with lots of choice (but no hot chocolate)
