merit1. Even though it is Kintamani, you can feel the gambit of Ubud.2. It’s cold. Recommended if you want a cold place in Bali.3. There is a spa.4. The food is worth eating.disadvantage1. Warm water came out, then cold water came out, and then it went back and forth.2. There is a spa, but there is a fee. It was broken so I used lukewarm water.3.Stairs are no joke. I don’t want to go a second time.4. Don’t even dream about delivery food. Stairs.. haha..5. Only 2 people worked in the kitchen during breakfast, so it came out very late.

Beautiful location, quiet, comfortable, cool air, beautiful ethnic hotel, top facilities, very comfortable mattress, delicious food, friendly and very helpful staff. However, because the location is hilly, it is not suitable for those who have knee problems. If you like moving, it's suitable to explore this hotel, easily getting 4000 steps.

Structure dispersed in nature and in the forest. The rooms are really spacious bungalows with also a veranda to be able to stay outside. Comfortable bed, spacious and very clean room. You can rest and come into contact with nature and you are in an area of peace. As there is no lift, the staff is attentive and helps carry luggage to the rooms both upon arrival and upon departure. Hot tea is offered on arrival which is very good and appreciated. Excellent location for visiting Mount Batur. We had dinner in their restaurant, good prices and food too. Starting before the breakfast service, they prepared boxes for us containing fruit, toast, jam, water and boiled eggs (taken and enjoyed at the top of Mount Batur). Great place to stay.

We had a really bad experience there, especially if you're a girl.The city is really noooot safe be careful. Some of our friends almost got kidnap by a gojek.Also all the men in the streets and cars are talking to you & you really feel unsafe. + the constant barking of dogs during the night is really annoying you need ear plugs to sleepThey ask you if you want to eat at the restaurant but don't tell you that if you don't :- everything closes at 8pm there- it's unsafeI think the worst is how they handled the situation. We asked them if we could eat at the restaurant after the incident and that we were scared. They didn't offered us solution right away we had to wait 20 minutes in the street for them to tell us we could order soup from the kitchen. Fortunately we had a kitchen in our room so we decided to spend more time in the streets to find a shop and buy instant noodles to make ourselves.Then, when we tell them who was the driver and the name and face for them to keep it to warn people, they didn't want it. Looks like they don't care.For the price we pay that's not what we expected.Everything has to be booked 1 day in advance, even though nobody booked it (the firepit).And there is no enough staff at the spa because all the slots were booked when we arrived and there's nothing around.Well, if you go there to stay inside and plan you activities before maybe that's a hotel for you. The view is beautiful and the hostel as well

We stayed at Tira Vilagna for 3 nights and would highly recommend it if you are looking for peaceful and beautiful accommodation to stay at while in Kintamani.We were greeted warmly with complimentary tea before being show to our rooms. The rooms were very large and beautifully designed in a traditional Balinese style. The bathroom was generous with a shower big enough for 2 that had a great view over the valley below. It is cool in the mountains (18°C minimum), as to be expected, but we were brought 2 hot water bottles each evening without needing to request them.We ate most of our meals at the resort and the food was great.We had massages at the spa which were exceptional. We were very happy at Tira Vilagna and would stay there again.

This hotel is a gem in Kintamani! We stumbled upon it on booking.com with some doubts about it but it turned out great beyond our expectations. It is hidden by the fringe of the forest. Our room was a cosy Joglo from Java built in 1911, it was beautiful. The view of entire villa compound was amazing from the top (looking down from the lobby). The combination of traditional joglos and modern design techniques were tastefully done!Service was impeccable. The two front staffs (morning and evening staff) by the reception were very professional and knowledgeable.Our shower-room’s drainage system was clogged and flooded. We called the reception and a staff came to fix it within 5 mins of our call. Service at the restaurant was also great, they were all well trained. One of the staffs came to ask how my Char Kuey Teow dish was as I had only a few bites and didn’t finish the rest (am a picky eater, not that the dish tasted bad but it just didn’t taste like what the real Char Keuy Teow shud taste like, it was more of Pad thai or Kecap Manis Fried noodle which personally am not a fan of). When the bill came, the staff automatically deducted the dish off our bill which came as a surprise as it wasn’t really a complain but they seemed to have taken the feedback seriously and removed it from our bill. Was a nice gesture.The hotel had lift for the top part (from lobby down to restaurant) but not for restaurant down to hotel rooms. Get ready for a good morning/evening climb - considering the cold it was good to warm our bodies up. Weather felt like about 16-20 degree. We really enjoyed this hotel very much and will definitely come again. This is a nice place for quiet healing and rejuvenation. In contrast, we did not hear much dog barking compared to other feedbacks stated in here perhaps due to the position of our room.The owner did a great job on the design of this villa and training of the staffs 👍🏻

The place was very beautiful, the view very nice. The hotel charming. But the rest is very disappointing: not a warn welcoming, poor services and expensive, insisting to spend more and high price for activity (commission?), food quality is not great at all.

I stayed here for one night and it was the perfect place for mount batur trekking… I have been travelling around Bali and this place was the perfect place to relax - I would recommend for someone staying if you need a very nice place to stay before / after the hike.||I am very impressed. ||Thank you!

We stayed here as it is close to Mt. Batur and very convenient for sunrise tour. Property itself is located in a very scenic spot and is perfect for a relaxing stay in the nature. Be prepared to climb up and down few stairs due to the architecture of the building.

Quite a luxurious hotel in Kintamani, close to Mount Batur and Lake Batur. The location is quite strategic. The rooms have complete facilities. A bit of exercise from the hotel lobby to the room, and vice versa. Conditions in the hotel were quite windy so it felt very cold.

I would said this is really 5 star stay to me! Had a pleasant stay with Tira Vilagna. Enjoy the atmosphere there & the room is just fit to us. We were assigning a room that is quite far to restaurant, the room is clean and you have every single basic amenities in the room. Surrounding is very cold, hence no aircond is needed. If u want to enjoy cold weather, definitely a good place for staycation. Regret to stay for a night only. Missed everything there!
