The place is not maintained and that's a shame.The location is isolated from everything.Fortunately a rice field not touristy at all is 5 minutes away on foot and that makes up for it allYou have to exit on the left then first left and always straight ahead which takes you past the Great Mountain View Resort

Without a doubt the worst accommodation we have been in in Indonesia. The hotel urgently needs maintenance, but that is not the problem, we already imagined that for the price the facilities would not be perfect. The worst thing is their staff, very unfriendly and reluctant to ask any questions, it seems like they are doing you a favor. We rented a motorcycle from them and everything was problems. The price was higher than what they had stipulated in Booking. It was the most expensive motorcycle, by far, that we have rented in Indonesia and it was really bad. When accelerating it jerked and one of the brakes didn't work, the other didn't work very well either. When we communicated this to the property, they did not give us any solution. It also doesn't have hot water, it comes out hot enough to shower in a minute without freezing. We do not recommend this accommodation under any circumstances

Very quiet hotel, spacious rooms with outdoor bathroom, but we are starting to see a little wear and tear, the building lacks a little maintenance which the humidity of the place does not help in any wayThe price-quality ratio remains very goodWe only stayed there very briefly before tackling the ascent of Mount Agung

Very good accommodation for the price you pay. However, you shouldn't be afraid of insects. 😏The food on offer consists of relatively small portions and is also rather more expensive.

We stayed in a superior room! The room was big with a wonderful view of rice fields! The lighting in the room was too dim! Apart from that there is a restaurant in this property that offers good food. You feel like you are staying in the middle of nature 🤩

The site is spectacular. The rooms do not have AC. But you won't need it. I went in August and the temperature was very good.There was a problem with my room key and they solved it instantly. They changed the lock at the same moment and it was very late.Dinner has a strict schedule. The kitchen closes very early and you won't have many more places to dine in the area.In my case, I arrived with my own car, and great private parking inside.The views from the room were simply spectacular.

Nothing to do with the published photos. Hotel completely abandoned, without maintenance orcleaning. The services offered either do not exist or are not in good condition (swimming pool, outdoor shower, garden, etc.). Our room was not cleaned any day, the restaurant was very bad, the staff, with some exceptions, were not at all attentive. The room was dirty....well, we left before the end of the stay.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. It was extremely dirty and the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. I booked for two days and left after one day. You couldn't sleep in this room. It was maximally disgusting.

We had come with our family and experienced rude behavior from reception staff. The staff were very unfriendly. They don't accept card and insist on paying by cash fully before taking the place. The staff were not polite and smoke while attending guests. We never experienced such a bad behavior from any of the resorts or hotels worldwide. I request management to take appropriate actions to address this concern. Please refund our money and accept the free cancellation of room. This is not a fit place for family unless the service improves.

Unfortunately our experience was bittersweet.I booked on Booking and they were supposed to charge me directly to my card. And it was not so.When we arrived we had to pay, and we asked if it could be by card, and there were all bad faces.The reception was not pleasant like in other hotels where we stayed.The location is good, although very remote. There are no restaurants or anything, but we already knew that.The room is nice, but the lights didn't work.We discussed it and they fixed it for us without problems.The staff (guys) are very nice and smile at all times.The staff (girls) don't even say good morning.In the photos of Sweet Escape, a rice field and beautiful mountains appear that can be seen from the place.They really belong to the winged resort hotel.You can walk there, but of course, we had to enter that private area.We had problems with breakfast. I made a reservation that included a floating breakfast, and they said no.And breakfast was not included either.We had dinner at this accommodation, well, no complaints, we were comfortable in the company of the boy who served us.However, in the morning at breakfast, a disaster. And the coffee cup with a spider web.Commission is paid for both dinner and breakfast. Even for checkin.At night, at 9:30 p.m. we had an incident because I found a gecko about 16cm in my room and despite knowing that I am in the middle of the jungle, I couldn't sleep. So I went to ask if they could help me and there was no one.I called and called and no one showed up.Anyway, we half liked it, but I won't recommend it.

A magical place lost between jungle and rice fields. Ideal location for making silver jewelry in Sidemen, going to see the Tirta Gangga and Besakih temples at the foot of Mount Agung. Cooler than the rest of the island because it is in the mountains.

Very nice hotel, no problems with the room everything was good. The big downside is the location, grabs are very rare so if you don't have means of transport don't count on grabs...

The complex itself is very beautiful and it is embedded in nature with a fantastic view of the rice terraces. But unfortunately the accommodation is getting quite old. Everything was a bit musty, which is why I unfortunately can't recommend it.

the facility is located among beautiful nature, in the middle of the jungle and among many rice fields. you have the opportunity to interact with the locals here. The facility offers quite a pleasant stay at a good price. You should be aware of the location, there are really few shops or restaurants around that you can find in other parts of the island. It is a perfect place to relax, enjoy the wonderful sounds of nature and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You will also have to deal with small fauna. The hotel staff is very nice, polite and hassle-free. Willing to support and help, but not overbearing. The food served in the restaurant is delicious, but it's a pity that the portions are quite small.
