This was my worst experience. We booked the stay for 3 days and when we arrived there the kitchen and its utensils, kitchen floor, and pool were dirty. The room was smelling bad. The host misguided us, saying that it is a new accommodation, but clearly it was not. Most of the stuff were made of poor quality woods where lots of insects reside. We had to ask the host, co-host, and local care taker to clean everything after our arrival. We had other plans but because of that situation we could not go anywhere and had to guide the care taker to clean everything. The garden area is not maintained at all. I was late to handover the keys by 15 minutes and the host started lecturing me about Indonesian culture, but he himself does not know about the culture. He is sitting in some other country. I know Indonesian culture is very rich and Ioved it when I was there but the host has definitely put a dent in it. The host offered me discount for next stay so that I can give him 5 star ratings.

We booked the villa via Airbnb but the photos there were outdated and completely misleading. For $70/night we found wooden sheds half-eaten by termites with no trace of cleaning and a pool with murky water in the shadow of an ongoing noisy construction.The owners didn't respond to our request but the service kindly managed the refund and we booked a way better place for a lower price.Please check the photos for the reference.

We fairly enjoyed our stay! I think there's been a change in management recently, as we found the place to be quite clean. A great stay outside of Ubud if you're looking to relax a bit.

Catfish… The villa itself was decent and the customer service was good, but there’s now a massive building right next door, which completely changes things. The view is severely restricted, the construction creates a lot of noise, and the workers like to throw garbage down into the pool. It’s completely unacceptable that old photos are being used to deceive people. Also, the pool was so cloudy and dirty that I couldn’t even swim in it, even after it had been “cleaned”. If there was transparency and the price was reduced I might recommend it, but until then, I can’t unfortunately.

Awful place. Dirty and overpriced. Mold, spider net and smelling is everywhere. Not safe, mice and rats. I haven't seen a worse place in Bali than this (and it's not a budget shed) for $100 a night in Ubud there are new and beautiful options. And this is a barn that will soon collapse and stinks, thoroughly damp. The guys also cheat with reviews, why does this shithole have such a high rating?

Very old villa.The quality of cleaning in the kitchen is lacking. There is dust and cobwebs in the cabinets and lamps.The rooms have a persistent smell of mold and dampness.We paid for five days, the next day we told the manager that we would be moving out, we immediately canceled our reservation on Booking, indicating the reason “we didn’t show up”

Horrible place with very rude service.I booked this place given it had the best reviews in ubud. I was extremely disappointed.When we arrived, we were shook but the fact that there was a massive construction right next to the property. There was no such thing on the photos from booking.com. It actually looked nothing like the photos. The pool was messy, sun beds very mouldy. Ants everywhere, mosquitos. The property has a lounge room w a sofa listed, but there was nothing in reality. One of the bedrooms had rats droppings. The second bedroom had a leaking roof in the en-suite bathroom. Half of the listed appliances aren’t there in the kitchen. We left immediately and thank god didn’t pay in advance.

I feel so relaxed after having spent 2 nights in this beautiful villa. Everything was perfect 😍 so calm and peaceful. The massage was amazing and the owner so helpful and available. There is a supermarket just in front of the villa and Grab delivers food at our door so if you don’t have a motobike, don’t worry. The view is breathtakingand yes during the day, everything is open in the balinese style but mosquito nets are provided and one should only close the windows and the door before sunset and no mosquito will come in.

The most terrible place in Ubud. A terribly dirty villa. Drops of strange animals were found in the room. The smell of an old and moldy room. When it rained, the roof leaked. There was no living room with a sofa at all. There is no glass in the windows, only wooden sashes, although there are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening. The kitchen is very dirty and stuck with grease. There is no dishwasher or microwave (although it is stated on the booking). There is only cold water in the kitchen tap. Old and dirty sun loungers on the pool. The water in the pool is cloudy. Nearby, instead of the rice fields shown in the photo, there is a construction site. Metal from the construction site hangs right above the pool. Having contacted the manager, he offered to pay for two days and you don’t have to stay if you don’t like it. After a lost half of the day, Booking helped to sort out the situation. I don’t advise anyone to stay in this villa, it’s a complete deception and disrespectful attitude towards clients.
