Everything from beginning to end was fantastic. The views and pool were amazing. The staff were so great and welcoming. You can choose what time she comes in to make your breakfast which is very convenient. The only thing that needs to be improved is the design of the windows and gaps between the roof. Be prepared to see a few gekos and insects. If you don’t mind this then you’ll be fine. It’s all part of the jungle life experience 😊🦎

The place was so pretty good for vacation and the staff helped full and very friendly. For the coffee should change with good one. (It’s recommendation) for all everything was great 😊

What I liked:This property in Ubud overlooks a valley and the lush green view from the rooms is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and the main room for living, dining and kitchen is spacious with high ceiling. I would term the decor as modern Balinese. There is a large balcony with beautiful views. Two rooms in the lower level are close to pools are spacious and they too have wonderful views. Overall, the location, facilities and the size of the villa is amazing.We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast is cooked at the villa by young and cheerful Komang. There is a choice between western (fruit juice, fruits, toast, and eggs to your choice) and Balinese (nasi goreng or mie goreng). Komang was always on time and the breakfast she prepared was refreshing and excellent. Putu the cleaning lady made sure that the rooms were cleaned every day. The linen gets changed when Putu was requested.The pool is well maintained and clean. The villa has an extra room which could be useful if you are planning to work from home. The villa offers excellent privacy. The villa has a washing machine too.The hostess of the villa is Pajeng and she made sure that our stay was comfortable. She was very helpful offering tips on travel and organising transport to visit places outside of Ubud and for short trips to Ubud downtown. My wife and I were extremely humbled when Pajeng invited us to join the festivities at the local temple. We were able to watch the local gamelan play Balinese music and the also the dance performance of the locals. Pajeng even lent us sarongs and headgear to wear the proper attire to the temple. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. We would like to thank Pajeng, Komang and Putu for making our stay a memorable one. I would definitely like to return someday.What could be improved:The fans were not effective in the bedrooms and the speed could not be regulated. This is something that needs attention. The villa has no air-conditioning.What you need to be aware of:I have to say that the things below did not bother us. I am writing these words to make aware fellow travelers what to expect. The property overlooks an uphill road, and the passing traffic could be noisy. The property has no windows and only plantation shutters and so the noise from the traffic is not suppressed. The villa is surrounded by lush vegetation and so you do get a lot of insects visiting.

Amazing villa!Absolute privacy (hard to find on Bali), quite big private infinity pool with stunning view plus huge terrace around it. You won't feel any views from outside, because it's located on the edge of canyon (no buildings on the left and right from terrace).Staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. You may solve any issue without leaving villa (we had a very good and cheap on-site massage during stay). While there are no A/C, it was chill and fresh during hot rainy season (thanks to fans and cooling winds). Located not far from good restaurants (such as E2C), so you have places to walk. Breakfast is very delicious, but not really big.There are some insects (does it surprise in jungles?), but team provides several repellents, so it helps much and those tiny guys don't disturb you. Especially in living area.Overall, for this price it's just awesome. One of the most undervalued villas around Ubud for sure. Wish all the best to owner and team in this hard post-covid time.

The view is very fantastic, but it is not recommended. There is no air conditioning, no closed windows, and there are many insects and reptiles that are afraid of the gecko, completely with him in the same room.
