I spent nearly a year at this magnificent, peaceful villa. Everything was perfect. Shower is awesome with strong pressure and stable temperature. Very clean and quiet. Surrounded by rice fields and jungle. Kitchen is decent for daily, real cooking. The family who owns this place is super lovely and one call away to help. Truly wonderful experience <3

Although, I cannot review staying there, i can say they are understanding and provide excellent customer service. When I found I was not able to travel due to the coronavirus situation, they agreed to refunded me my full desposit. I'm happy to have booked with them, I will be definitely booking with Kupu Kupu Private in the future!

So much to be said here. Wayan hosts an Unbelievably tranquil and peaceful villa here In a local village setting north of ubud, can rent a motorbike directly from her. You have your own side of the home that is secluded around a garden of coconuts trees and jungle like scenery with an outdoor seating area. Spacious room, comfy bed, open luxury shower with a bath, with a kitchen, and amenities, a welcoming fresh coconut juice. Also she’s very responsive if you need anything just a txt away. Thanks for a great stay. Will be back

i book the hotel from 14/4/2019-18/4/2018. i move out 11pm on the day i arrive the hotel. It looks very nice the outside and surrounding. but when i open the door of the room , it was so smell( smell like mold ). so we open all the window and go for dinner to see the smell will go away. when we go back the smell is still there and i cant stay in the room more than 5 minutes. i checked the house thoroughly and find out all the curtain is mold.(see picture) , the air condition is so dirty and mold( see picture ) and there is bug on the bed( see picture) . I also check the laundry, very dirty and awful. they wash all the laundry them self. i come with my parents and my baby for holiday, i think we will get sick if we stay there as my boy is allergy type. and my parents can t tolerant the smell as well. they even want sleep outside instead of in the room. so i decide to move straight away that night. and it was 11 pm. we move to the westin hotel ubud and it was so much better and even cheaper. i emailed them next day and all they do is blamed on weather( please see the email i attached). i will strongly suggest not book this hotel. even you booked please canceled. i have been travel so many place, never been so terrible like this. Hope everyone noted
