00.00 on February 26 2024When the first male receptionist came to this hotel, he was greeted rudely, and he wanted to book a room, he didn't bring cash, he wanted to transfer, he said he didn't have an account, he couldn't pay in the morning, he didn't ask for a solution, basically he was disappointed even though it was raining heavily.

Not recommended for staying for days.The water is not PDAM water (you can see the photo of the white water faucet) the water tastes salty, the water quality is very bad. Not really worth it.The bed sheets and pillowcases didn't seem to have been changed. The roof of the room is leaking. Many of the walls are hollow. Wifi is not provided by officers.Oh yes, don't order via Ag*da guys because this place will ask for additional fees on the grounds that the Ag*da application prices don't meet their standards. Even though the price and quality of this place should be much cheaper in my opinion.Will not come back here again. 😊

Worse, the mattress collapsed, the room and the toilet next to it smelled of cigarettes, you had to go outside, there was no table, soap, towels, you had to make a deposit too.It's different from the others because the price is like that

There is an additional fee when using Oyo, it differs in the application, for the toilet the water is cloudy, dirty yellow, continues to be salty, the water continues to turn off at night until the next day,

Quite satisfied staying at Oyo Harapan Indah, the price is cheap and the facilities are quite satisfactory, the AC & TV function well, highly recommended for those who are looking for cheap accommodation, spacious parking and CCTV, access to buy food is very close

The hotel is clean and tidy, it's really comfortable if you stay here, even though the water is salty but overall it's good, bringing a car is also nice because the parking is spacious and safe

It was very uncomfortable to stay at this hotel, I only lasted 3 hours and didn't feel like going straight out to look for another hotel, here the water was dead, the rooms were cramped, smelly, when I left it was still the same, I had to pay 165 thousand even though it only lasted 3 hours
