The room is okay but there is no toothbrush, tissue or hot water. The towels looked like they hadn't been washed... lots of mosquitoes.

The room is very noisy, not soundproof, and it's a shame that the same people are staying, it's really noisy, there's a lack of attitude. Can't sleeprrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr the noise from 1am to half past 4am hasn't stopped. It's so noisy, God, it's uncomfortable! Please check how many people are checking in in one room! It's like a gang in a room telling stories in the middle of someone's bedtime!!

Cigarettes everywhere!! It's enough that the room doesn't meet expectations hadeeh 😒- Stayed only for transit to sleep, checked out at 5 in the morning. Check in at 11 o'clock, okay, there are still staff taking care of check in- the lobby smells of cigarettes- the corridor smells of cigarettes- the room smells of cigarettes- the room is dusty- got a room on the 3rd floor (301) at the very end of Berung. Asked for a non-smoking room, was given a smoking one. There is an ashtray in the room- that's the bed- The toilet is dirty, I don't even want to shower because it's dirty😭😭- voices from other rooms can be heard- the towels are rough- The hole in the bed sheet that was exposed to cigarette ash is really visible- The floor in the room I sleep on is hollowDoes this look like an old building? I didn't have time to take a photo of the bathroom because it was dirty 😭+ close to the city center, easy to find

The best hotel with satisfactory service, the receptionist, security guard are all friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, the AC is cold, and I'm also someone who doesn't like hotels with stick-on glass or unclear motifs because they're afraid of hidden cameras, but here it's really clean, starting from the walls are clean, everything is clean, the interior too, the best anyway. Paying 250 thousand is still worth it

Spartan hotel.Don't expect any luxury for the price.Helpful staff and close to the center.There is wifi but doesn't work in the 3th floor. Not the cleanest hotel.

The place and rooms are comfortable, clean, the AC is really cold...unfortunately there is no water heater so the water is cold for showering. Apart from that everything is ok
