I've been all the way here but there are no results, the reason is that you have to book first even though it's only a few hours!!! While waiting for my friend to work from the salon, he intended to play here but instead he went home again, really disappointed with this Oyo, this is the first time I got a hotel like this, next time I don't want to come here!!!!

Is there no evaluation from the owner? booked via apk, payment was paid in full, when we arrived at the location, the room was already full, the reason was that the apk error was really strange, asked for help to get a refund, the answer was actually playing victim and the guard's attitude was really bad, not friendly at all, the guard like that had to be fired, then what should I do? the refund? 👎👎👎👎

If there were 0 stars, I'd give 0 stars. You can still order on the app but when you get it they say it's full. Told to cancel and said there was a refund but there was no refund. LOL

The worst thing is that it's really too bad. Instead of getting emotional, it's better not to stay here before there are improvements from the owner.Stayed here because there was a need in the area near here.1. Book via Agoda, the room doesn't match the photo. I've actually seen bad reviews from other people, but I'm still annoyed because I don't believe it. It turns out the bad review was true🤣.2. What's the problem with not changing the pillows or the covers every time a new guest stays? Do you know the smell of the pillow you use every day and a sweaty head? Well, that's what it smells like. I didn't use the pillow, it smelled so bad3. The first time I entered, the room was smelly and dirty, I didn't understand anymore. I asked to move to Gabole's room, the guard said "if you're here, you can't change rooms ma'am", I asked to change the pillowcase, that's not allowed either, he said the cover had already been changed. Even though you just have to change it, right? If it doesn't smell, I won't ask for a change! In the end, he just sprayed the room and the pillows with room freshener, which only took 2 sprays (that's a drag, like that). That's it, when I complained, it was a bit loud again, luckily I wasn't emotional anymore, God, be patient3. Is the bathroom dirty and the walls can't be cleaned? Busett4. The mattress is OK, it looks like the mattress is about to be damaged, the bones of the mattress already feel really sandy when you sleep on it (can you clean it first?)5. In the application the room price is 86,000 but at the location it is 170,000. Bargaining, finally 150. The room is not suitable, (Not according to the application). The mattress was really flat, the sheets were dirty and the room was small. Checked in around 10 pm, and before 12 noon I was warned twice to check out.Deterrent

Some room facilities are not complete. the attitude that maintains is really 0 really. There is no manners, talks to the customer but in a high tone. There's no saying sorry/talking nicely, thinking that you're staying for free, but it's only fitting that it's quiet, which just makes people give up on staying again. The one who is taking care of it should be introspecting himself, yes, there are all the bad reviews on Google & Agoda but he's not trying to change, I hope his luck continues smoothly, sir.

The location is not strategic, it's not like an inn but like an ordinary house. It's not in really good condition. Those who are keeping their eyes out, don't have the attitude, people are talking and are instead cut off. Many people are cheated, the reason is because the application has an error. The most disappointing thing about this inn was the carelessness of the guard who gave my ID card to another guest and I didn't return the ID card. When I asked the guard to take responsibility for a letter of loss from the Cimanggis police and send it to my address as responsibility for his negligence, the guard refused, citing reasons. Because KTP is important, bank transactions are even more difficult if I don't have an original KTP, so I ended up leaving Surabaya for the Cimanggis police station. Finally I spent money and time.
