The staff were not friendly, there were no words of apology when they arrived at the hotel suddenly they were told to change hotels and were replaced with a hotel that was uglier and dirty with lots of cockroaches. There was no email confirmation first if the hotel would be changed. I really don't recommend it, it's better to just close it, I don't intend to open a hotel

Maybe because I ordered weekdays and Tuesday and Wednesday nights, there was no problem with booking the hotel (via Agoda). And I came at 2 in the morning (with prior confirmation via Apps) and was able to enter. Standard RedDoorz facilities without toiletries except towels. The AC is quite cold. Cleanliness is a bit dirty but it can still be used for backpacking. Downstairs there is a cafe if you want coffee, Nasi Uduk, and Indomart. Close to Jakarta city station and Trans Jakarta Busway facilities.

I think this hotel should be closed because the service is not up to par. The order from the seller was correct but when we arrived at the hotel the price had increased by 50% which didn't make sense. The service is VERY UNFRIENDLY!!! Hotels like this are not suitable for collaboration with any accommodation application.JUST SHUT THE HOTEL!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I got spammed here, I ordered via APK but the payment was made on the spot when I got there and it turned out I couldn't use the APK price and I had to follow the price that was determined on the spot and even if I paid via transfer the front office said I had to pay the price on the spot. It's crazy that this place is thought by us to be bad guys who don't know anything, even though I ordered a type that wasn't standard, but it was played like this, even though I didn't order via apk once but only got a place like this where the employees weren't friendly at all. Don't want to book at this place, it's a bit unreasonable, the explanation is why hotels work with high school apk platforms if they have to follow hotel prices with the excuse "YES SIR BECAUSE WEEKAND" I swear I was really emotional because I was already tired, but when I arrived it was like this, it's good that I haven't paid yet whatever

My experience is that I have been a RedDoorz reseller for 5 years and I have never met a RedDoorz that refuses to take the customer when I'm there, I'm far from Bogor and need a place to rest. I came at 2 in the afternoon and it was still daytime but the reason was that the rooms were full even though I had booked them 1 month ago. instead offered a room at a rate of 235 thousand, there were 3 receptionists, all of whom were mostly alibis. After I also checked in, he was angry because he was asked to upgrade to a deluxe room and there was an additional charge or whatever. But strangely, my booking, which was booked 1 month ago, was rejected on the grounds that the room was full

It's really unclear, people who are sleeping and playing, just come in, if it hasn't been opened, don't come in again, it's not polite to open the door twice straight away, even though I'm both a girl and the boss is a guy.

The room is dirty, the bed is smelly and dirty, the walls are moldy, the lights are off, the towels are dirty, the floor is dirty, not anymore. 1 more there is a security guard who is rude

Facilities are minimal but prices are lowGoogle Maps says it's inside a shopping mall, but it's actually along the road, facing the shopping mall and walking to the left. It's next to a convenience store.I was quite confused.
