Hotel services:⭐⭐⭐Room: ⭐⭐ (there were several cockroaches in the room, there was no AC remote + the AC didn't feel cold)Room cleanliness:⭐⭐For those who want to go to the hotel, it is recommended to park outside the shophouse area, because before entering you will be asked for 3,000. For hotel parking, another 10,000 is asked. Before leaving the shop there was a person on guard to show us the ticket that we paid for first, then we were asked for an additional 2,000 parking fee. This is for motorbikes, for cars I don't know how much they will run out.

The rooms are very minimal...you can't get towels or drinks.the receptionist and cashier are not friendly...the parking attendants ask for unreasonable rates and are pushy.Make Kapokk!!!

On June 22, 24, an unpleasant incident occurred: the two female receptionists, one with long hair, white skin, the other with curly hair, small body, wearing glasses. Bad service, ordered via application when it arrived full, had to upgrade at an unreasonable price!! We didn't want to, we asked for responsibility, finally they said I was a fraud, it's sick, the receptionist is like this, her mouth is still in use, in my application there is proof of booking and there is proof of transfer. The original booking there only wanted to be close to the destination location for a few days' rental. In fact, it's really unfortunate to get service like that. If I could review without stars, I wouldn't give stars!!

Gjls, I booked it early in the morning but when I checked in, they said the room was full, you had to add a fee, you had to wait a few more days for your refund, that's basically the norm.

Don't ever want to stay at the Bintaro hotel, the staff service is not friendly enough + there is a security fee of 10 thousand for everything even though the vehicle is not monitored at all + the shophouse parking fee is 3000 thousand. The room is dirty, the bathroom has no toothbrush soap

Doesn't match the class, the facilities are really disappointing. The service is also VIP class, 1 channel TV doesn't even have a signal. The room is stuffy, the bathroom mat is torn and dirty. The shower can't use hot water. There's no such thing as anyone. The shower is broken and can't be repaired. .

When I look at the hotel booking application, it's good, when I see the actual order, it's far from comfortable. The smell of the bathroom is strong, especially when the mattress is near the bathroom. Think 1000 times when you come here

Coming at a promotional price of 175,000, it was tempting to stop by, but when we arrived at the hotel, the room size was very inadequate, the TV facilities were only a display, no towels, bed covers, toothpaste, or bath soap were provided. Worst of all, the AC blew but only hot air. So not sleeping comfortably but sweating profusely. The location is very close to Pondok Ranji station and you can walk. The bathroom was very smelly and not cleaned.
