It's crazy that staying here isn't really good. Small cockroaches everywhere, on the bed, in the bathroom, on the sofa, in the closet. The waiter also made me anxious because he asked about the guest's privacy, it was not polite. What's the problem? Try it, I'll mark it, bald bro, I don't know what his name is. I was really forced to ask to leave the key with the excuse that I was afraid of losing it, I was even afraid of losing my things, haha. Then the bathroom door was broken, the soap and shampoo didn't refill. The deposit money was returned late, they said they wanted to transfer it in the afternoon at 4, but then it was transferred at 3 the next morning. When I was billed, I even told him to come back to the hotel if the house was close. Don't come here if you have a better budget, it's better to go somewhere else. If I could give it a minus star, I would give it a minus star.

DON'T COME HERE AGAINThe dirtiest room I've ever been to, lots of cockroaches, lots of mosquitoes, the sofa was itchy and dirty, the shower head was on, the door was broken, there was a curfew, the mattress and towels were dirty, couldn't get shampoo and soap, etc.Staff are rude and ask about personal questions and ask to keep the room key because they are afraid of losing it? really strange.. there was one good man who opened the pager because he didn't know there was a curfew.. only the rest gave up and didn't want to anymore

parking is limited. Before entering the room you have to pay a deposit of 100 thousand/room. when I entered the room, there was a wet mark on the mattress that I didn't know where it came from. the room was dirty and lots of cockroaches + mosquitoes. shower head broken. Mineral water and soap are not provided in the rooms. the wifi is slow. the advantages are that the staff is friendly and the AC is cold.

Dirty rooms, moldy pillows, broken mattresses, cockroaches, no soap and shampoo provided, and the worst part is, the deposit money was returned 2+ days after checking out, even though there were no problems at all, the hotel owner and hotel keeper shifted responsibility for each other. Regarding deposit money, 1 star because the room AC is cold, that's the only thing that's good about this hotel

It's not very comfortable, the receptionist is a sassy guy who likes to video with girls suddenly and pretends to make calls very smoothly, the blankets are dirty, the water doesn't turn on, you can't get soap and drinking water, it's expensive but it's not comfortable at all, it makes you panic

Sorry, but this is the dirtiest reddoorz I've ever stayed at.Dirty, damp walls, cobwebs everywhereThe bed sheets were dirty and used by other people and were not suitable for use, I thought they wanted to be replaced because someone else had used them but apparently they didn'tThe bathroom had cockroaches, hair everywhere, the door was broken, the faucet was broken, when I was offered to take a shower in the next room, suddenly there was a wet, moldy headband... 😵The lighting in the room is dim, the lighting in front of the room is always turned off like a cave, the room's electricity has run out for only 3 hours and it hasn't been filled because there are no funds to top up electricity credit from the employer, it's really bad...Why was I forced to place it because I came at night and I had already paid in full beforehand and couldn't cancel, luckily I didn't book for 2 weeks, otherwise I would have regretted it for the rest of my life...For owners or reddors, check your accommodation once in a while... is it suitable or not...

First time going to a place like this, in terms of cleanliness it is very indifferent, the condition of the room is damp, the blankets are damp, the room is dirty and gray. Blackish curtains, cleanliness must be maintained. The price is quite expensive but cleanliness is not maintained. Even though I was once at Reddorz Depok, the price for one night was cheaper but the service and cleanliness were good. And you can ask for an extra blanket if the blanket isn't clean enough. That's a shame

I just found out that Redroz has a deposit, as long as I'm staying at Redroz, this is the first time Redroz has a deposit, maybe if I don't come back my deposit won't be transferred🤣🤣 That's enough for now okay🤣🤣
