I booked at night and the conditions were according to my request, after arriving the location turned out to be full and had to wait until tomorrow even though I needed it at that time I had already paid and couldn't refund or reschedule, very disappointed and not recommended

The only star would be 5 if the guy receptionist was replaced by a friendly one. It's a shame that the other workers are friendly, it's also a shame that the place is comfortable and nice but the downside is that the receptionist is a guy

The first impression of staying here was very comfortable.the service is friendly and good.the location is easy to reach.the price is relatively cheap.the room is also clean, it's just too small and the room is oppressive, but enough for sleeping and praying.Facilities such as AC, bathroom water, shower, hot water, TV and Wifi all function well.and the motorbike parking area may have to be expanded further, for those who bring cars there is no parking space 😅.

the rooms are okay, the building is new, the AC is cold, there is a mall nearby, you can also get a discount using RDAFFLASHROOM on the RedDoorz app, it's cheaper and safer

This receptionist is a really cool guy and doesn't have a hospitality degree so that's the way to talk to customers. When I checked out, I was charged 100k in cash because of a stain on the blanket, even though the stain was there before I arrived, then he answered, why didn't you report it from the start, but who would the guests know about their soup, whereas when they checked in, they didn't tell me anything. If you say something nicely, there's no problem, then it's your turn to snap back and all the employees are so unworthy!

Lots of cockroaches, lots of mosquitoes, the bathroom smells fishy, the service is slow, lots of girls are open, it's not really noisy at all.

Previously I had stayed here several times, but now I won't again because I was disappointed with the service. Chronologically, at that time I stayed 1 night initially, then I continued to 2 nights via the Red Doorz application. Then at 11.30 the employee suddenly came into the room without knocking first and I was not wearing clothes + I already knew that the employee didn't immediately close the door but instead asked "Is this a towel & toothbrush, do you want to change it or what". INCORRECT.
