The hotel makes it difficult to deliver packages and go food. If it's normal to go through the back during the day, it's okay, it's late at night for motorbike taxis, you still have to take delivery through the back, it's really unclean for a hotel like this

I have stayed at the Kristal Hotel countless times.Hotel Kristal is like our family's second home. My children enjoy staycations during short holidays. We have tried almost all 5 star hotels and serviced apartments in Jakarta.But surprisingly my children think the Crystal Hotel is their favorite.The kids are always honest and I agree with them.Even though the furniture in the room is out-of-date, we still felt comfortable. Facilities for children are very good. They can play freely with the large outdoor area, safe and comfortable swimming pool, playground, fish pond, tennis court and large grass area so that children never get bored of strolling around with their eazyroller and scooter. They even got on ninebot.The most important point about the Crystal Hotel is that all the employees are friendly and really treat customers special. Starting from security, cleaning service to receptionist service, in my opinion it is number 1 compared to other hotels. Everyone greets each other in a friendly manner without being pretentious.Thank you, Mr. Yusuf, who patiently carried a lot of our belongings, like staying for 1 year, complete with children's play equipment (scooters, etc.) but still smiling kindly and greeting us every time we passed.Also Mr. Angky at the receptionist who patiently served my questions and requests. Start before check-in and throughout your stay.All my questions and requests were accommodated and my life was made easier 😊Crystal Hotel is truly our family's second home. Maybe I only have 1 input, namely that the cleanliness of the floor needs to be improved.

[Positive Improvement in Service at Hotel Kristal]I appreciate Hotel Kristal's management for listening to feedback and working to improve their service.About two weeks after I shared a review about my less-than-satisfactory stay on July 2024 (mainly due to the hotel’s readiness to accommodate us, not the facilities), I was contacted by Mr. Anton, the hotel manager. He apologized for the issues caused by the busy school holiday season and a delay in laundry services, which affected room availability.As a gesture of goodwill, Mr. Anton offered a complimentary stay, ensuring that I wouldn't need to change my review. I accepted his offer, and my family and I stayed at the hotel on September 21, 2024.Check-in this time was smooth, taking less than 10 minutes. We received the same two-bedroom deluxe suite with breakfast for four people, and Mr. Anton kindly offered a 50% discount for additional breakfasts for the two other family members.The hotel facilities were excellent during both stays—clean, organized, and with friendly staff. While service was slow during my first visit, the second stay showed significant improvement. The lobby was organized, there was no check-in queue, and everything was smooth. Thanks to the management and Mr. Anton for addressing our concerns and offering compensation. I wish continued success to Hotel Kristal for their dedication to improvement.

Spacious room. The television is a Samsung brand smart. AC cold. Room lighting is also adequate. There is a mini kitchen that can be used for cooking if you stay more than one night or a week, so you can save costs or expenses for lunch and dinner. There is also a gallon hot and cold Aqua dispenser. Sunlight dishwashing soap is also available along with sponges for washing dishes hahaha. That's cool.

I've experienced many staycations in my life, and only a few hotels make me feel like I never want to leave—Hotel Kristal is one of them. This hotel is truly underrated. I hadn't even heard of it until someone introduced me, and I'm so glad they did. Despite its affordable rates, the services and facilities are on par with many 4 and 5-star hotels.They upgraded my room to a spacious studio with a study room, totaling about 80 m². The room is modern, fully equipped with kitchen facilities, and the bed is a King Koil—can you imagine that? The internet is flawless, and the pool is impressively large with a maximum depth of 1.8 meters, perfect for a peaceful swim (I checked in on a Friday, so there weren't too many kids around).Breakfast was another highlight—special kudos to the chef for the hash browns, some of the best I've ever had! I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks to Pak Okky and Bu Novi for the assistance during my stayCons: The gym equipment could use an update, there were no cups for water at the gym, and Room Service ran out of ice cubes by 11:30 PM.
