Guys, please trust me, don't book this hotel, especially online. If you want to come here, it's better to directly visit the location and ask whether there are rooms available or not. The problem is that the experience of ordering via Apps has already been booked and the funds have been received, where in the app there is no refund option, but when the day arrived at the location, the room booked was already full!! And there's not even a lobby for receiving guests, so this is actually like a house that's been used as accommodation but it's not being looked after properly, even though the guards aren't very friendly, they're also confused, they can't help you much, they already know and there have been cases like this several times but they can't act. whatever. We were even given an OYO CS number which we had to call using credit! Can't do it via WA, and the refund process can't be done at that time, so it has to be handled via the CS person on the phone. Just don't worry if you can. There are still many other accommodations that are better and worth it. Don't forget to make it a habit to check reviews on maps before booking lodging, so you don't get bored like me. My emotions. I was tired of wanting to rest, until the location was closed and I couldn't get a refund straight away, so I had to look for another accommodation when I was so tired.

Now this hotel is very different, it's not like it used to be when Anto was the one who took care of it (in the past it was just as good as Anto) but now it's really bad, it makes you tired, the service from the receptionist and the guard is all bad, plus the rooms are not neat, they smell messy, dirty, seedy, old bed sheets not replaced, receptionist is chatty, lots of useless talk, doesn't respect guests, the person on duty is also rude. Doesn't deserve a star for this hotel, for those who have never been to this hotel, don't ever get stuck here, especially be careful with the prices. just play shooting games with extra money, etc.

ANJIIIING HOTEL!!!!still available on Agoda and other agents. I've paid... but when I arrived at the hotel the gate was locked and there was no security guard. On the phone, OYO responded... it wasn't clear because the person who answered was a robot. Knocked on the gate & pressed the door bell until it stopped and didn't respond. DO NOT book this barbaric hotel.

I was cheated tonight, June 15 2024. I paid Traveloka but the hotel room was full and there were 4 other customers who were also cheated... Don't pay to book a room via OYO or Traveloka because the hotel still opens the application and doesn't say it's full... This is a FRAUD mode...

In my opinion, it doesn't deserve a star for the review, even one star.Scam hotel, arrived at 12 at night, the gate was closed, there was no one at the security post. The location is in an alley, like boarding houses that collaborate with OYO. Order on the Traveloka application... funds cannot be refunded. Finally, look for another hotel in the middle of the night.....

I swear I won't do it again, I've already paid through this app, the person guarding me doesn't say there are any additional fees or any kind of contact, obviously on the app the price is the same as on the original app, there's no really crazy attitude, I don't know if he did it on purpose or what so that I couldn't get a refund and he Accept it so I can't get a refund for the dog, I'm really annoyed. Last night I booked at this hotel via the Oyo application when I arrived at 00.00 and was met by 2 male guards who really had no attitude at all from the moment I arrived. Firstly, he told me that through the application there would still be additional fees in a tone of voice, okay, thank you, and he told his friend, the other guy, I would give him the shortfall and then he would have the change back and he didn't want to give it, saying the rest was for a deposit. Then I asked what deposit? The answer is yes, make a deposit, if something is broken here, there has to be a deposit, this is where other people make deposits using ID cards, so I said yes, just use an ID card, why don't you fail if you can get an ID card! Then his brother said, OK, I don't have change, I'll take it first, OK, here, I'll exchange it and I'm going to the shop! And the 2 guys were shouting and saying don't take too long, and even though I haven't walked yet! That's the case with the guy who asked me to use the rest of my change to make a deposit, he was always slapping me if he didn't have the REST! I swear, my emotions are so crazy that I want to run away, as if I'm rich, I can just ride there, the logic is that I have to pay through the application, don't use it, I need to remind you again, bro!! And what's worse, after I finished looking for a shop, my guy gave me the remaining money for his room and his brother asked for money for parking everywhere!
