The important things for low budget accommodation are 1. cold AC, 2. there is a water heater, 3. it is clean and comfortable, and thirdly it is in this accommodation š. Plus the strategic location is close to everywhere (eating places, Alfamart, stations), but it's not noisy. Plus there is shampoo, towels, mineral water. Who looks after it well and is friendly. The downside is that you can get a room where the TV doesn't have any channels (but it's not a problem). Recommended and want to come here again later. Thank you...

If I go to Jakarta, I will definitely go to this place, apart from its strategic location, it is a center for food and beverage and entertainment. That is one of the plus points and of course it is a boarding house hotel with an affordable budget.

Lodging that is really worth it from many angles, cheap prices, okay facilities. The room is quite spacious, the AC is cold, there is a TV and cupboard inside, the bathroom is very clean, smells good too, and towels, soap and shampoo are provided.The location on the side of the road is also easy to find, around 700m from the Tj Pecenongan bus stop. A bit confused when I first entered, because the accommodation is on the 2nd floor, underneath there is a former cafe like that(?). Overall satisfied and highly recommended

If you visit Jakarta and are looking for a cheap hotel near the Monas monument for one night, I recommend this place. It's just that this hotel is above the Chili Ijo restaurant, and in my opinion it is not strategic because there is no sign indicating that the hotel is there.Like most hotels, there is a bathroom, television, AC and 2-door cupboard. Unfortunately, you can't enjoy the view properly because there are some rooms that don't have windows, even if they do have minimalist windows.

At first I was quite confused because when I arrived at the location shown by gmaps there was no Reddoorz sign and after looking again there was an airyrooms sign next to the former Nasi Minang Kapau restaurant and it turned out that the hotel was located on the 2nd floor of the restaurant.The location is very good for those who have needs around Monas or the State Palace and quite close to the Sawah Besar train station and there are lots of street vendors around at night.As for the room, it's also okay. The AC is cold, the mattress is clean and soft, the bathroom is clean and there are all the amenities we need. The room is not too big but with the size of the bed it can still accommodate two people.The service is quite good, even though it's not like hotels or lodgings in the city center where uniforms are usually worn, the service is quite friendly and is kept fairly clean.

This accommodation from the front is not convincing, I know when you enter the room it looks really boarded up and very clean, especially the toilet. This is great. Still in the Pecenongan area too. It's delicious to eat.
