Decent low budget accommodation, strategic for going anywhere. However, managers need to pay more attention to existing facilities and look after them so that guests feel more comfortable staying.

The room was clean, unfortunately the sheets were dull, the blanket had holes in it, the pillows were thin. The condition of the rooms varies, some are without windows, some have bathrooms right near the head of the bed (unfortunate for me), some have blurry lights, the AC isn't cold enough, the TV only has 1 channel, some also have lots of channels, some the hot water doesn't work. For me, who has a tradition of sleeping with his head towards the north or east, it was really difficult to choose a room here. It's safe, 24 hour access, easy to find breakfast, lots of morning snacks, close to food stalls, food stalls, laundry, mosque, Alfamart & Indomaret, can walk to Slipi Jaya. The nearest large mall is Central Park. Unfortunately, the current guard doesn't pay attention, he just delays buying gallon water, he doesn't have air freshener, while the rooms for guests smell like cigarettes. He rarely stands by at the front, he's lazy, he's lazy, he's lazy about throwing out rubbish, he's lazy about preparing hot water for coffee, he's hard to call, he doesn't answer the phone, he keeps waking up late. Different from last June 2023, the guard was often visible, never quiet at the reception, willing to serve & diligently sweeping, mopping, standing guard until the evening often inviting his friends, friendly. Affordable, it's just not clean enough and the position of the bed is not adjusted to the position of the bathroom. It's comfortable because the surrounding environment is that safe. Suitable for a solo stay, if you have business around Slipi, we have a lot of activities outside or we actually have work on our laptop, so we don't go out. Take a warm shower, eat lots of choices, rest comfortably without noise, good AC, internet, cable TV, that's the most important thing.

Last night I ordered using the Pegipegi APK, when I arrived at Sono, it said there was no booking in my name, the receptionist also said they were no longer cooperating with the Pegipegi APK and the receptionist told me to cancel, and the money could be returned, I also applied but it wasn't accepted and I checked this morning. I swear this place is not really suitable for accommodation. Booked on the 0yo apk but when I got there I added more money. then the towel has holes, wow that's crazy

Not satisfying. I had booked on OTA when I checked in and was asked for additional money, when asked what it was for, I couldn't answer.The room was also dirty, the sheets were dirty with lots of stains, the pillows were thin, the room smelled of cigarettes, the thin mattress was damagedDon't ever book a room here

The service is less agile & slow. Then the price of the room didn't match when you paid on the spot from 102 thousand to 125 thousand, which is really strange, even though it was clearly stated with an initial price of 102 thousand. After all, the sheets were dirty & dull and the mattress was old & used. The room smelled of cigarette smoke when I visited. The outside appearance looks good but when you enter the room it's cramped

The facilities are okay, only the TV channels are not complete. However, with such an affordable price, I can't complain either.The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, the staff are also helpful.There is 1 queen bed, air conditioning, sink, bathroom with shower and hot water. Included in the Reddorz hotel chain so ordering is easier.Strategic location close to the city center and shopping places. There are also many places to eat around the inn.
