DISAPPOINTING !! I booked 15 rooms for my large family because there was a family event, we ordered in advance and our payment was good, starting from down payment until payment. But on the day our guests arrived at 20.00, they were given 3 rooms which were dirty and not ready and even messy as if they had been used previously.The room should have been tidy since 14.00 and that is our right to occupy it, but these 3 rooms are given to other guests who may only rent for hours.The management is not very good!! Their only compensation was to say sorry.Bad experience with this hotel

Booked a standard room, the room reeks of cigarette, bedsheet emits this musky smell and looks very dirty and untidy, bathroom sink has no running water and for IDR 220.000/night there has to be much better alternative.Easily top my list of the worst hotel I've ever been in.

The first time I came here was on a weekend night and it was very busy, the location is quite strategic in the middle of the urban area of Bintaro, but I don't know why this hotel is called Pondok Indah.First I will review the advantages:1. The rooms are standard like hotels in general, the mattress is quite comfortable and soft. The facilities include a lift, TV, AC, water heater, WiFi and everything functions well.2. What I like here is that there are Qibla directions for prayers, sometimes when I stay at a hotel I am often confused about where the Qibla is.3. In the bathroom, toiletries are provided such as towels (2), soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. In the room, small bottles of drinking water are also provided for 2 people.Now the disadvantages:1. Honestly, when I first entered the room it felt like the floor was sticky and really damp, in the bathroom the water also seemed to be stagnant even though the floor drain wasn't clogged. The sink also leaked so when I used it the water pooled on the bathroom floor. The bathroom is also a bit dirty, the tiles are yellow and should be cleaned so they don't make it slippery too.2. Regarding cleanliness, maybe it could be improved further, because yesterday when I stayed here I came home feeling itchy. And for the interior of the room, maybe this isn't that important, but I just want to give you a suggestion, maybe you could repaint the walls because the paint is already peeling off and add decorations like paintings or something like that so that the room doesn't look really plain.3. And lastly, because maybe I got a room on the 3rd floor which didn't have a window, so it felt a bit stuffy. Oh yes, btw, if I'm not mistaken, this hotel has 6 floors, FYI, just the 5th and 6th floors are said to be open doors.Overall I give 3 stars, maybe in the future the service and cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. As for the food and drinks, I have no comments, because I didn't buy food here so I don't know what the taste and price are ^^

The first time I arrived at the location, the first impression was that the place was very busy because there were lots of brothers and sisters gathered like that in front, I don't know if they were hotel users or which people but there were a lot of them, it didn't bother them but it was a bit like that. The parking area is small, if you come here don't use a car. For the receptionist who is a girl who is kind and friendly and gentle, the SOP is enough, but for the male receptionist, it makes her really lazy because she is so simple and cold and looks like she has no intention of working. Overall from the lobby until you want to enter the room it's okay, the place is clean, nothing special, but when you enter the room...1. Please mop the tiles because they are sticky and slippery2. The walls need to be painted again because they are already dull and don't look like they're really worth renting.3. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the mattress, bed sheets and pillows, it really feels like you are using used goods.4. Please pay attention to the underside and surrounding areas because there are lots of stubborn crust-like spots and that makes you really lazy.5. Added decoration to the room, because it is too empty and empty, there are no paintings, clocks, cupboards, mirrors or other decorations like that.6. The toilet is just not clean enough, it doesn't smell good, and it doesn't feel shiny or clean.

This is the hotel that destroyed my household, my husband was caught ordering a bo at this hotel and they allow this? because of the green application, my household was a mess at this hotel, they bargained for sex at a fairly cheap price. Please take action because there are many green applications that use this hotel as a place of immorality

The first time I came, I thought it was the same as in the photo, but it turned out the results were zonk, when I entered the room it was very damp and smelled musty, the floor was very dirty, the sheets and blankets had lots of spots, the towels in my opinion were also not suitable for use, there was no mineral water. You should be able to take a photo, there are only 2 TV channels, the inside bathroom door doesn't even have a handle which means I was locked inside, the pillow also smells musty.Please improve all aspects so that people don't disappoint. Even though the location is strategic but the place is bad, this is the first time checking in. I was asked for the identity of 2 people, please provide the room with air freshener so it doesn't smell musty, even though I intended to stay the night because this place is the closest to the event, then looked at the reviews on Agoda but it was good but The original is ZONK

First the toilet came and it couldn't be used, I reported it to the receptionist and they said yes, I found out when I checked it, it still wasn't fixed, then I could report it again, until it was signed, if they didn't want it, it wasn't right, I just wanted to change rooms, in the end, you fixed it, huhu .The staff are friendly, the security guard is also friendly, there is a female receptionist who is not friendly but doesn't know her name.

The security is so good that people have to go downstairs and they are so angry, you should be aware of your nature of being safe, so you don't have to worry about it or feel like you are the owner, just order it for 3 days and burn it, after a staycation around Indonesia, this is the worst place! Najong has the best security of all hotels.
