I made a booking via klook, its for my friend they arrived just now 2AM Philippine Time, they are not opening the gate, no one is answering!! They end up finding other hotel, they also booked 2 rooms in your hotel. What a waste! Scammer!

The rooms are small, if you need to rest while waiting for the train, it's fine. But for those who bring a lot of things, it is not recommended because the place is small.

The experience of staying at Stariez Senen was satisfying, the price was affordable, all the room facilities (TV, AC, lights, shower, socket) were all on. Plus you get 2 bottles of 250ml mineral water & toothpaste brush. The rooms and surrounding environment are quiet, clean, the AC is cool. The reception service is good and it is near Pasar Senen station so you can walk. Next time I go to Senen, I want to stay at Stariez again.

The service to customers is bad, the receptionist's language is bad, and just FYI, if there are relatives or friends who want to transit here, it would be better to just take them by motorbike taxi, I just wanted to go through the gate, I was asked about my marriage certificate and explained that this is a sharia hotel, even though my intention was to take my girlfriend I'm the only one who came from Bandung to transit for a while to carry a lot of luggage and he was just taking a short rest and wanted to sleep because I was waiting for the afternoon train departure schedule and I was tired of walking around here and then came back, but I actually got suspicious so I immediately didn't order here. Just evaluate, bro, don't zone out to people in my position even though they're outside the gate, but the receptionist is already suspicious of me.

Quite comfortable and clean, the guard is young, handsome, friendly. Next time, if there is a job, I will definitely come here again 👍👍. AC, TV works well

For the price of 70 thousand, the room is good, just cramped, don't bring the family here, the service is okay, the location is close, only 10pm-6pm the gate opens, not suitable for those coming at night or leaving early in the morning, you have to find a way out, it's hard to order a grab/gocar, just use a ride

Stayed here for transit at Senen Market, only 6 hours, but the impression was really amazing. Very close to the station, the room is clean, the AC is cold, the TV can provide YouTube + Netflix. The downside is that the room isn't spacious, the bathroom is really cramped & there's no hot water, but so far with the price last night being only 80 thousand and being able to walk from Pasar Senen station, you should be grateful to get a room like this. Recommend! Will stay here again if I transit here again...
