This place has good facilities. As for the service provided, it is quite good and fast. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is lacking. I found one (not a pair of yes) hotel slippers in the bathroom. Under the blanket there were still a few strands of hair. Suggestion: improve cleanliness even though the service is already good.

I made a booking via the application, it turns out the hotel is small, not like what I imagined from the photo. Hotel management is quite simple, maybe this is a family management hotel with not many employees. The paint in the room was peeling off on several walls, as soon as you first entered you felt a damp smell which was quite disturbing, maybe the air circulation was not smooth. The window lock was broken and could be opened from the outside, fortunately there was no activity outside the room, you could see the building next door which was still being renovated. The bathroom is quite unique, quite spacious and tiled in the style of old houses, the soap dispenser is difficult to come out so you have to open the lid to get the soap.The room is quite spacious, there is a working microwave even though it is old, the refrigerator also functions well. The room key is still manual with a large key chain, like it or not, it's better to leave it with the receptionist when you leave. However, sadly the receptionist rarely stands by at the front. Several times when I went in and out of the hotel I had to look for the receptionist first to get the key. Surprisingly, there were lots of mosquitoes in the room 🫣, it's been decades of experience staying overnight and this is the first time I've found mosquitoes in a hotel again. There are many food stalls around the hotel which make it easy to eat.Maybe I will consider coming back here again, the location is quite strategic, but needs a lot of improvement in terms of facilities and services

Alright so we went to Jakarta to see Avenged Sevenfold live in Madya Stadium. At first we were looking for a place to stay that is near the stadium but it was fully booked. So we booked this place. The location is convenient as there are many “warong” which is a place where you can sit down and eat or have a take away. For me this “warong” is the O.G of authentic Indonesian food that you can taste here and the price is reasonable. In addition, there are convenience stores nearby reachable by walking. So on to the hotel management. We were greeted by a friendly staff which guides us from start to finish. Loved it. Our room is quite spacious, it is a double bed room with window and the toilet is clean. The bed is comfortable for us to sleep on. They have cafe inside the hotel too. Not sure how the breakfast tastes like since we were eating outside. Loved it and definitely coming back one day if we were returning to Jakarta.

This hotel is not for tourists, for local people. They don't have English or any other languages speaking staff. Location is very bad and public transportation is not sufficient in Jakarta. So you have to call a taxi or biker all the time. They don't provide hot water in the rooms, neither tea or coffee. Breakfast is very simple, not continental as Agoda said. Water outlets in washbasin and shower are not runny. There were some insects around. Small refrigerator makes sound all the time

Using this accommodation for business purposes.My room requested an outdoor view and got a pool view, this made me uncomfortable because I wanted to enjoy the swimming pool but my body condition was not fit. It's like being very tempted to want to 'plump' because the place is clean.In terms of service, overall the staff is quite helpful. However, if you bring a suitcase, it's a shame that there are no ramps so the suitcase has to be lifted using the stairs to the lobby. The good news is, there is an elevator that can take you to your room.Location? When you leave the hotel you are immediately greeted by traders selling various types of food so you won't be confused about finding something to eat.There is only one thing that is annoying, namely the presence of mosquitoes in the room even though the AC has been set to cold. I think because there are several points in the room that are not tightly closed so mosquitoes can enter the room.
