The staff are really friendly when you get here, there's already a change in staying here, it's a bit of a chore heheh, the air conditioner is cold, the room is really clean, there's Netflix, it's really instagrammable. 1. The hot water could be hotter.

The security guard and staff have good service, but in my opinion the cleanliness is lacking.The pillow has stainsThere are also blanketsDon't forget that there are red stains on it, I don't know what the stains are, I don't knowBut what about the price of 300 something?

The pillow covers and bed covers are shabby... like they haven't been washed and smelly. The bathroom is dirty and mossy, the toilet water smells when flushed🙏 I hope it will be fixed, thank you

The AC is cold, there is hot water for showering.Overall the room is quite clean, there is Netflix which is quite comfortable.It's just that the bed sheet has a few stains.The bathroom is tiny, the towels smell a bit musty. Only 1 sandal is given.The room was not soundproof, people passing by could hear what they were saying. In the next room, the shower takes quite a long time at night, it sounds like that too. Maybe because you got a room that didn't have a window (?)Parking isn't much, so leave the key. For this price, it's still okay

The first time I stayed here, I went to the room, the air conditioner was really hot, I wanted to call the receptionist and didn't get through, finally I went straight down to the lobby to let them know, then I went to the technician to fix the air conditioner, he said it was correct, wait a few minutes, he said it would cool down. It's been 20 minutes and it's not cold, then I go to the receptionist and go downstairs, finally I'm told to move rooms. When I moved rooms, it turned out that the AC was still hot, I couldn't help it, what could I do the next two times I moved rooms, it was still the same. Then the whole bathroom smells rancid, it can really smell right up to the room when the bathroom door is opened, it smells like rancid. And looking at the bottom of the walls, items were already dirty and the floor was yellow, the TikTok promotion was good even though the original was worn out like an old hotel. When I wanted to check out, I had to wait a long time, up to 40 minutes, even though I had ordered a Gojek, the receptionist went back and forth to ask but he said it wasn't finished yet😩 I just found out there was a hotel where the checkout was made and I was told to wait 40 minutes
