Ayaka Suites, 3 star hotel, location is quite close to the center of Jakarta, for the deluxe room there is only a queen bed, overall the room and bathroom are quite clean, complete toiletries and a hairdryer too. For the bathroom there is an additional tap down, this is something that is rare, nowadays with showers that are directly attached to the wall. For the room socket, there is only 1 on the left side, just a suggestion if you can have 2 on the left and right... then there is a remote sensor, which is a bit like a camera, so I just cover it with a sticker, but even if it is closed the TV can still be used with the remote... . Overall satisfied and extended it for 1 day...

The location is in the city center, even though the entrance is narrow, the receptionist is friendly. On the 5th floor it's also nice, there is a laundry room. Worth it

I booked Grand Deluxe King room with additional requests: highfloor room, and room view to Jl. Prof. DR. Satrio (LOTTE Mall). Unfortunately, the rooms with DR. Satrio views were not available. I was offered room with Setiabudi view. And it's not bad at all.The room wasn't narrow. I like the eco-green concept of amenities. I was underestimating the TV cable, but I was very happy it's on HD. The room was quiet and comfortable. But some vinyl on the room needs to be maintained. The rooftop is open for 24 hours. The view was great. The food needs to be improved. The taste was so-so. It's only served in the Indonesian variant. It would be nice if there's more Western variant. The location of the hotel is very strategic. I can get many street foods, supermarkets, malls, and business centers (Jl. Sudirman).

The hotel is very nice, the lobby makes a good impression. Spacious and well maintained.Big minus point: there is no water dispenser. Every day 2 small plastic bottles are put in the room, good but this mountain of plastic waste could be avoided. The room was big enough, as was the bathroom. We found the beds very comfortable. Towels are also washed incorrectly here, this is an Indonesian problem, they are gray and stained. There are no pool towels. There is a rooftop that is unfortunately pretty neglected, with hardly anyone keeping it clean and tidying up. It is up to the hotel management to ensure that the employees present are actually working when they are there and are not standing around playing on their cell phones or having private conversations. I observed this at breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet offers variety and is rich, but we missed fresh juices, different types of tea and more selection of fruit. The toaster is a disaster, you should try it yourself, repair it or buy a new one that toasts a slice of toast properly even in a short time.Unfortunately I couldn't use the pool, which is located directly in the restaurant area. The guests sit there and eat and look closely at the pool. Should I show myself in a bikini? That makes me uncomfortable. That's OK for the children. The "swimming pool" is far too small for swimming anyway. There is a spa called Urban Spa. I strongly advise against getting a massage there. It's very unprofessional, you can get better and, above all, cheaper massages on the beaches. No medical history, absolutely unprofessional rubbing of cheap oil and extremely strong and painful pressing on parts of the body, I had hematomas afterwards. The payment process was also very strange.Unfortunately there is no hotel bar that is open in the evening, the restaurant closes early. You can't go out in the area, only with crab, you can't walk at all.
