Such a nice place to stay, everything was clean and neat. I love the pantry area it's so comfortable to eat. The location of this hotel is strategic to, you can go anywhere near. I'll definitely come again to this hotel. Keep it up guys🫶🏻

I stayed here for a night before my flight. It is in a good location. The staff were really friendly, and the hotel was really clean. However, the capsules were made of plastic, so if someone is above your bed, you might get easily annoyed. That’s why I wouldn’t stay for more than 1-2 nights. Other than that, everything was okay.

Comfortable and clean... only the room is very COLD. Thin blanket..The night can be shivery. Not recommended for those who don't like the cold. Hopefully management can fix it...

Smart Living Hotel with a quite strategic location. MRT Station, and several malls (Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, Thamrin City) and other tourist attractions in Jakarta can be accessed on foot from the hotel. Access and facilities are quite modern, but the AC uses central AC so if it's cold it's quite troublesome. The rooms are quite clean, facilities are very limited considering this is a budget hotel. But don't worry, there are common rooms that are comfortable enough for hotel guests, including: a share lounge near the check-in counter, or a fairly clean kitchen complete with a refrigerator and hot water.The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the Passgo Hotel here, it was like sleeping on another planet, modern, sophisticated, young people would definitely like it, calm, all the employees were friendly and helpful. arrived, the bathroom was clean, the bed smelled good, only sometimes there were guests who left their underwear in the bathroom, complete with soap, shampoo, water, microwave, refrigerator, lots of cheap snacks outside but I wanted to buy them all... Grand Indonesia is close to you and you can hang out while eating, shopping too. When will I stay again? I recommend that if you go to Jakarta, just stay here, the price is affordable but comfortable and clean, unique, modern, near BNI statistics station, easy to take the KRL train, MRTOk, thank you hotel passgo, see you again. Bye

The rooms and toilet facilities are quite comfortable, it's just that there are no electrical sockets for laptops on the beds, only USB chargers. The toilets and lockers are quite good. There is a prayer room too. The women's and men's rooms are separated.

For example, if on Sunday you're watching a concert but on Monday you have to go back to the office and you have to take the train first, then just stay here 🤭The good thing is that at that time the guests know that there is no noise, so the atmosphere is also calm and calm, which is really nice. I took the box for 2 people because I'm afraid it's claustrophobic if it's the pods.The biggest downside is that the blanket has a stain that fits very well on it and is immediately visible. I'm sure it's actually clean, but the stains are really hard to clean. If there are stains like that, don't just show them to your guests, sis/masJust add selling snacks like that, like tea, coffee, ciki, cold drinks, so you don't have to go out for a walk.

The best capsule hotel I have ever visited. The location is strategic in the heart of the city, close to KRL and MRT stations. The entire hotel is very clean and tidy, including the room, toilet, prayer room, pantry, terrace, working space and lounge area.This capsule hotel also provides enough lockers for medium-sized suitcase and some of your belongings.There is also a pantry with a refrigerator and microwave. You can also refill the mineral water anytime.The prayer room is very clean. Towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste and hotel slippers are also provided. Toilet and bathroom are also spacious and comfortable with liquid soap provided. Unfortunately, the hot water doesn't work, hopefully this will be a concern for the hotel management. Thank you.
