Like being in a bachelor's boarding house. The AC wasn't cold enough. The mattress and blankets were dirty and there was no hot water. Service is not good

I came here with the status that I had already paid via the application, when I arrived I was supposed to just check in but instead I was asked for an additional fee of 50 thousand. The reason is because it's the weekend. Even though there is no explanation in the application like that. So the room doesn't match the photo. Dirty, ugly, smelly, dirty, not really... it's better to just look for another accommodation

What is this? I booked on Booking and then he tells me that you have not booked and you have to pay 150 thousand rupees. They are really unclean and liars. I do not recommend this hotel, as the server in it is cheating and wants bribes.

False advertising. Fraud... nothing matches the picture in the ad... dirty dirty from the room to the bathroom. The door to the room was broken... please improve the quality, if it doesn't work, just close it... fraudsters

Horrible.. very disappointing..Very sorry to have stayed here..Dirty place.. dirty bathroom.. small net water.. TV won't turn on.. towels. Dirty bedsheets..And what was even more disappointing was that the service at the cashier at check-in was very bad... in a hurry... we were very angry... very disappointed... very sorry for ever staying here...

The following is a bad stay experience, because I provided clear information when booking and I followed the price in the application. Not because of the price offered but there was no prior confirmation, but they were immediately pushed at check-in with the excuse that "Online Rooms" had run out and they were asked to upgrade the room and pay the difference, even though if it had been confirmed before I arrived, they could have called me and I was welcome, but because I had I'm tired, just arrived from out of town and need a rest to start my activities tomorrow. In my opinion, rather than having further problems, it's better for me to ask for a refund. Thankfully the applicator allowed it. For friends, before choosing to stay overnight, please look for detailed information so that you don't get disappointed with the person.

The toilet is dirty and the door is broken, the closet is clogged, the room is dark, the wall paint is peeling, the mattress is dirty, the TV doesn't work, it's useless, it's better to just throw the TV away, advice: repair it, in the name of sharia, but what about the bad facilities?

Ordered on the application, but the place told you to pay again because you were using a first user promo, the mattress was musty, the sheets were smelly, the toilet was dirty, the closet didn't work, not worth it at that price 👎🏻
