Stayed 1 night. Body all sore. The bed sounds. The water sink is dead.And my advice is that it's better not to provide a bed, for those who want to rent a room, just give them a mat.

The room was clean, the AC was cold, the guard, even though he was still a teenager, was alert and friendly. Now we no longer collaborate with OYO so there are daily and monthly rentals. The location is very strategic near Alfamidi and lots of various culinary delights. Overall, the rumors that say the service is bad are not true, maybe it's from the OYO era. It is recommended for me to come again.

I've ordered and paid on the Oyo application, when I arrived at the location it was rejected because the hotel was no longer collaborating with Oyo, I was a bit annoyed and disappointed. The refund process is also complicated

Critical . Some are serious. I've already paid in the application. He said he was no longer cooperating with the application. I said, KL should no longer cooperate so the application should be closed. He said it was just a process. Anyway, that's it... DON'T EVER STAY HERE. MAKE SURE FIRST. Guards ask for additional payment from the application.When asked why the rooms were limited, it was actually more expensive than the application etc. I don't know if it's extortion from the guards or it's like that. Should be more professional.

Order on the application and get a discounted room. But when I arrived at the hotel it said the discounted rooms were sold out!!! So I was told to pay again!!!!

Not really recommended,...it's true that the rental/night price is cheap but it's not that cheap, but it's really cheap, cleanliness is not good, not even a towel is given,...it's even worse when you pay a different price compared to the initial booking at Oyo for reasons of SDH prices. Change,... just don't do it before you regret it
