There was no oyo, when I came there the house looked like it had been demolished, they said it was being renovated. If you're renovating, it's better to close the application first or call for help before going there, it takes a lot of time to go back and forth from here.Mana just said that they were told to contact Oyo from the hotel, there was no responsibility, fortunately from the application, they moved me to another hotel without additional costs.

unprofessional, bad service, already ordered a room but the room was full, don't accept remuneration, if you don't intend to build a hotel, don't build a hotel, it's detrimental to consumers, JUST SHUT IT!!

Worse..... The room is dirty--the carpet has never been cleaned (dirty, lots of stains, there are cigarette butt marks), the sheets--smell, there are stains in several places, the walls+ceiling--dirty, there is moss in several spots, the room shower-dirty

Please return my money, it didn't match my expectations with what was on Traveloka and when I arrived, sir actually said that we were staying in a room that didn't have AC because it was being repaired and whereas I ordered on Traveloka, it had AC and a suitable room on Traveloka and I was delivered by the sir, really. the room is not suitable to be occupied please please please down in this place because it really can't be defined and I have to complain to traveloka asking for a refund

[FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL PLEASE READ AND MUST THINK AGAIN]The first time I came, I was suspicious that the appearance from the outside had no signs, it wasn't like a hotel but an ordinary residential house, I booked a room here because it was close to the station, I booked (via one of the well-known apk, already paid in FULL) to stay 3 days and 3 nights and NO USEFUL because when I arrived at the location the gate was locked, I pressed the bell but not a single person came out, even though the address/house number/building shape was as stated, I tried contacting via telephone but there was no response at all. some of the numbers listed cannot be contacted.Finally, with disappointment, I was forced to move to another place to stay overnight, because I also came from outside the province and had no relatives in this area.VERY DISAPPOINTING. HOPE THIS PROPERTY WILL BE SOON CLOSED AND BLACKLISTED FROM ALL APPLICATIONS

There is no sign, the place is difficult to find, once you enter it doesn't match the picture, the service is very bad, the room is dirty, ordered a double and was given a single, the mattress is dusty, there is no AC, the room is very ugly, lots of foreigners are scratching their heads looking at people's motorbike dashboards , canceled asking for a refund in the end it didn't happen, what a luck it wasn't JD, the house was as scary as a haunted house, don't ever order here, the receptionist's mouth was unguarded and said and behaved badly when asking for a refund

I intend to stay here overnight because it's closer to the station for transit tomorrow morning. Don't expect anything, but when you arrive it's really not fun, starting from finding the location, which is quite difficult because there are no directional signs or barriers on the side of the road.As soon as we entered it was dark, messy, security wasn't friendly, even the receptionist or who it was, I didn't know because I wasn't wearing a uniform, we just asked, we just pointed, we didn't know where we were directed because there was no lobby at all, then when we asked, we were told to eat first, we didn't even smile, gosh, the room was pretty clean. but I didn't expect it to look like a horror house that would be very different from the one listed on the ckck application. Very bad experience and not worth it to stay there!

The AC is off, the TV doesn't have a remote, it's really hot, the water is small, it's dirty and there are lots of cigarette butts. Not really a recommendation.

The sheets were dirty, there were blood spots on them, the water faucet was broken, all there was only the shower on, last night it was very noisy and there was an electricity failure so I had to turn on the switch and the switch was in the bedroom so it was disturbed when I was sleeping.

Facilities according to price. I got a room with a leaking AC, so the water dripped until it pooled in the room. The bathroom door couldn't close properly, there was a sawang, there was no hot water.

Staying here at first was kind of awkward because it's an old building, but after entering the room and resting, it was comfortable and not noisy, cool to the ears... even though the AC wasn't cold enough, it was enough to relieve the heat of Jakarta... according to the budget... recommended for those who want cheap budget accommodation in Jakarta...
