If you don't want to regret it, don't ever stay at this rotten hotel, the staff have no manners like bastards. Worst experience of my life at a hotel. The price is 200 thousand on the 150's application and insists on asking for extra, really crazy. It's better to go to Oyo, Red Doorz, Airy, Tropo Zone/Kubu Hotel if the prices are cheap, even at Kiki Hotel it's even cheaper. Be careful if you order via the application, it's better if you can check the hotel room first so you won't be disappointed after paying. As soon as I was treated badly, I immediately looked for another hotel even though I had already paid.

For those of you who want to go to Bali, don't ever stay here, I swear I really regret it, I'm really really disappointed, the customer service is not friendly at all, I need a changer, I asked customer service, he answered I don't know, really disappointing and the room was also very dirty in the photo there is a swimming pool but there's no reason to repair it at all, and the room doesn't match the photo the room is really bad and we lift our own things, there's no lift, oh I swear, this is the craziest hotel I've ever stayed in , for customer service, please be friendly, we pay a little there, it's not free, do you need to be taught what good manners are like? But I don't think it's necessary if it's too big, for friends, don't want to stay here or I'll be afraid I'll really regret it, it'll really hurtπ

Very bad experience, the room did not match what was posted on Traveloka, ugly, smelly, the water for bathing was salty, the AC was not cold! the swimming pool cannot be used. Very bad service, not friendly! Will never return to this accommodation again! really very bad and really disappointing.

The employees were friendly and helpful when my rental motorbike died. It was comfortable but maybe the mattress and pillows had to be replaced with new ones

At first I read the review and was afraid it wouldn't be suitable. It turns out it's not that bad, the room is okay, neat too. It's a bit dirty in the toilet area but at that price it's still forgivable. Do you expect hotels under 150 to get rooms like what?ππ. This is already quite serious. I'm a bit disappointed that I just booked to be able to swim and it turns out the pool is being drained, no problem -_-

When I arrived at the location, I booked with the price from the Agoda application, but it was canceled by the hotel and I had already paid in the application, instead I received payment via Agoda, received it again via offline, Sick hotel, the receptionist is sneaky, the attitude is less than that of the accommodation cheap 50k, if you can't provide good facilities in the room, provide good service, no wonder it's quiet at SKY SANJAYA HOTEL.

Hotel lies... no breakfast, no drinking water, no hot water, pool but very dirty with dead (and live) rats, musky smelly, bad reception staff. Do not believe their photos or advertising.

I've gone crazy. It's a long way from Java. Booked via Agoda for 3 nights until here, I was told to add 275 thousand for 3 days. PLEASE THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE DON'T BOOKING AT THIS TRASH PLACE! It's a bad hotel, no towels, no water heater. No soap, no soap. drink! seriously, I swear, the most ruined hotel I have ever encountered.
