Good service, room was Ok for me, air conditioning working well so cold.Parking is a bit narrow if you bring car, but management team will help us to park.Please be aware that room pricing was already marked up since early of 2024.I did online booking through Tr4v3l0k4, and the price was different (was Rp146,000 - should be Rp175,000), so I need to add Rp29,000 during check in, they said that they already propose the increase to Tr4v3l0k4 long time ago but haven't realized.Check in time is at 14:00 PM, check out at 12:00 PM.If you want to check in early, need to pay extra.I was 1 hour early check in, so I need to pay Rp50,000.

Paid 110k on the application, there they said the price had increased to 175k, I was charged another 65k. The room smells of cigarettes to the point of nausea, the AC is not cold, the wifi is not secure, there are no amenities provided. Highly not recommended. Just a suggestion for those who want to come here, don't forget to ask for an additional payment receipt, after that report it to the respective platform where you ordered. Whoever the manager is, this place is very inadequate in terms of accommodation & hospitality.

Why weren't there bath soap towels provided and for brushing teeth in the room there was still people's hair that wasn't being swept... I was too lazy to say checkout Sunday even though I already knew that. I felt like I was being pushed out. Hadeh.

It's bad.. booking on the apk price was 170 until there I was asked for 30 thousand because the price was 200 thousand, I regretted booking for 4 nights... the room was not comfortable, the walls were dirty, there were no drinks or towels... I really regret booking here.

The place is quite nice and clean, the location is in the middle of JKT city. Surrounded by offices, to Sudirman near Gatsu too, especially Rasuna (Kuningan). If you're a foreigner, boarding here is perfect for office workers.

I have booked via the Oyo application. It says available there. However, I came to the boarding house and couldn't check in for full reasons.How could that be . The management and application are not continuous like that. Returns via the refund money application also take a long time to wait 2 weeks. It is not recommended if you book via Oyo.

Most of the room facilities are quite proper, there is an AC toilet and it can still be used,Unfortunately the wifi and signal are sometimes difficult...Moreover, there will also be additional costs because the price on the Oyo app is different from the actual price, so it needs to be updated on the Oyo app.The location is good, strategic, near the MRT and lots of food stalls, not too noisy from the road/neighbors

Although there are extras but the calculation is around 150 thousand/mlm on weekends, the downside is that they don't just give towels and amenities.

Be careful with the people at the reception. Applying to Agoda, Oyo, Traveloka and others, the price is 200 thousand until here you are asked for an additional 100 thousand. Apart from that, the room facilities are also not suitable. There are no towels, drinking water, TV etc. Be careful, don't ever come here. Asked for additional money.
