It was the only 4-star hotel while I was living in Bali for a month, and it was very good value for money. It was right next to a supermarket, and the best thing was that the breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor was better than other 5-star hotels, so I was very satisfied and had delicious lunch and dinner. . The pool was small but fun, but the water quality needs improvement.

The Maison Aurelia has become our go to hotel over several years. So much so that when we check in the super friendly reception staff always says 'welcome home'. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The location is smack in the middle of Sanur with loads of restaurants and shops to the left and the right as you walk out the door. But, the reason we started coming back was the service. During COVID we became acquainted with one of the Supervisors named Ari. Since then she has always been very helpful and responsive with any booking questions, general Bali information and recommendations. I love the place.

Stayed at the end of my 2 weeks trip in Bali as I wanted to be close to the airport. Most comfortable bed with softest linens and best shower pressure. My Camelia suite had all amenities needed and all the comfort. Great location, close to beach and great restaurants. Very pleasant, curteous staff.|My only regret is not staying longer!

I really Do NOT recommend this hotel. If you love noise and lack of service and privacy, you can still stay here.They gave me a room right on the roof at the first floor saying it has a pool view. You can only see the roof from your room. And as windows are facing other guest rooms, you will not want to stay at the balcony.At night, you will hear quite noisy songs all over.Now, at 11 in the morning, they are doing some kind of construction right next to my door without informing me or excusing it. I called the reception but they would only say, "sorry". Why do I have to endure this paying the same room rate with others?

The rooms are spacious and have a great view, even though it is located in the city center.It's not stuffy, the breakfast is good and it's very clean.The staff is friendly and the price is reasonable.There's everything within a 20-minute walk on either side.The location is also greatI will come back again when I come to Sanur.

Great, stylish hotel in the middle of Sanur. We had a family room, i.e. two bedrooms with a small living area. The service and friendliness of the staff is exceptional. From the greeting (wet towels and welcome drink) to the clarification of questions and the farewell: everything was great. We arrived early and our rooms weren't ready yet. While our luggage was stored at the hotel, we were able to stroll through the city and were informed via WhatsApp that our room was ready and our luggage had already been brought there. Since we had to leave very early in the morning, extensive lunch boxes were prepared for us since we couldn't eat breakfast. Because we only spent two nights here, we unfortunately weren't able to use the pool or other facilities. We can only warmly recommend this hotel and would come back at any time!

Staff was lovely and often welcomed us with greetings. The decor of the lobby and rooms were nice. Room was spacious as well.One criticism is that there was only one working lift for all the guests. It seems that the other one was reserved for the staff as I saw they came out of it but it never worked for the guests.

This is my second stay here in 7 years. This time, breakfast was not included, so I did not use the meal.I stayed in the Camellia Suite room, which was spacious enough and always kept clean.I like the taste of the furniture and other items.The location is very convenient, right in the middle of Sanur, and there are two large supermarkets, so I had a comfortable stay.The water in Bali is hard, so Japanese people should be careful when washing their hair, unless they bring a treatment from Japan or buy something like Ellipse hair oil nearby, or the hair will become squishy. The provided shampoo, conditioner, and body soap have a coconut scent.Although it is not along the beach, you can walk to the beach within 10 minutes.Hotel pools are small and often in the shade, so not many people seem to be using them.

The property is located in the center of Sanur and is not far from the beach: we also found the location very convenient for shopping. The hotel is very beautiful, well-kept and welcoming and the staff are extremely kind and professional: everyone speaks perfect English and immediately puts you at ease. We stayed 5 nights in a very spacious, clean and bright suite, well furnished and comfortable. The hotel also features a spa centre, a relaxing swimming pool and a well-stocked restaurant.The stay was extremely pleasant and relaxing!

Great hotel with a great location. Many good restaurants in close neighborhood, 10-minute walk to the beach, the hotel itself feels very new and has a nice local touch. We are having a great week here and if we ever come back to Bali, we'll stay here
