In my personal opinion, it's just comfortable here. The location is not far from the minimarket. There are also lots of people ordering food online not far away. There is a relaxing area in front. In my opinion, cm 1 is lacking, there is no hot water. So, if you want to take a shower at night, think about it. 😂😂.But overall good.. Stars speak. Friendly service, good mother. Hopefully more success. Thank You

Room🛏: I got a really spacious room! It looks like there can be 15 people inside if there are recitations 😂 suitable for those with toddlers to run around. The other rooms were also big but apparently the sizes were different, coincidentally the one I got was really big! The bed is big and not too hard. In room 301Bathroom🚽: spacious, comfortable, clean, hot water running, large sink, closet functions wellLarge cupboard with lots of hangersThere are 2 tables (large table for TV, smaller table for food/glasses)2 seats and provided with glass glasses + mineral water every dayFast wifiThe chest of drawers next to the bed is also quite largeThe building looks a bit old but still functions wellThe staff are friendly and very helpfulSpacious and safe parkingClose to everywhere you can walk and lots of food sellersThere is an elevator and stairsA little minus because it's not soundproof but it's still safeThere is a deposit of 100 thousand/roomOverall, for the price paid, it is really worth it and recommended!!

Transiting here before moving to KSA in October 2023. The hotel is quite comfortable, the staff is friendly, the AC is cold, the hot water is running, the WiFi is fast, there are lots of people selling food around the hotel.

If you want to stay here, it's better to do a survey first before booking, THAN TO BE DISAPPOINTED!!!The image in the advertisement does not match the original.I booked a room with a window with a view outside, a large mirror...Eehhh it turns out he got the "Prisoner's room.. 😅The room that has windows is only at the front... the rest is cramped... it's like being locked up... there's no light coming in from the outside...I booked 4 days, apparently it only lasted 2 days, immediately checked out early because I couldn't stand it...Move to another place..Service is lacking.....Want to HEALING, So DIZZY..

ROOM: Building's old but they've got elevator. Room's spacious. There's a hole on bedsheet. Furniture's old. Room door still using a manual key so a bit worried about the security. Non-smoking room still has smoke smells. Toilet and sink is dirty. No bed lamp for you who can't sleep without lights.SERVICE: The receptionist was okay. No water heater (kinda big minus but it wasn't listed on the app i using so my mistake), there's smart tv and air conditioning works well. Got 2 bottles of mineral water. Seems they'll gave it again when they clean up your room or ask the staff but i bought it myself. Neighbor room was really noisy at midnights but seems an usual occurrence since they've done it multiple nights (blasting music while opening their room's door). Wifi was not the best but okay.LOCATION: Close to Central Jakarta with really affordable price which is a big plus for someone who looking for business trip. Next to the building there's a minimarket and a few cafe and restaurants which helps. Close to Setiabudi LRT Station.Overall: it was okay for a short business trip. i can bear the dirt and stain for a few days but not with the noises since the only reason i came here is for have a rest. Seems there's no strict guide for this and hope they'll fix it.

The first and last experience of staying here, the room was a bit dirty to the point that my little brother lost his ID card here. And we asked for help to check the room where we were previously staying, but the guard named Supri was indifferent and didn't want to check again. Then I asked for help to check, the guard instead told me to check myself and knock on the door of the room myself. So impudent, what kind of service is this. Finally, I told him that I would record the guard's behavior, then he asked another guard to check the room where we were staying. I will never stay at this place again, and I will share my experience of staying here so that I can choose a better place to stay. Rooms are not clean, lots of cockroaches. The photo here is when the guard finally wanted to call another guard to check the room we were staying in after I said that I had recorded everything that this person said (because before this he ignored us and said rude things)
