It's a shame that it just arrived and it says it's full, even though I've ordered via the Oyo app. The staff is not friendly, there are no solutions. Skip it

In my opinion, this hotel has really big potential, because its location is right in front of the Haji Nawi MRT steps. Seriously, it's really nice if you want to go anywhere, just take the MRT, which is really fast and it only takes a few minutes to go to HI/GBK.As for the room, it's okay, the only minus is that the water isn't hot. Oh yes, the sound of the walls penetrates hahaha. maybe it's just me who's not lucky. The rest is just according to the price, it's not an expensive hotel, especially since it's located in South Jakarta.

the hotel is clean, the standard price per night includes AC, refrigerator, fast WiFi and SmartTV + Netflix, so you feel at home in the room watching movies heheeThe only problem is parking, if you bring a car, the parking is a bit narrowAnd please, the receptionist should smile a bit when serving guests at checkoutThank You

I was really disappointed with the service at this place, I ordered diagoda when I arrived at the place, I was asked for more money, with the reason being diagoda the price listed did not match the actual price, and apparently many people complained about this, YOU SHOULD NOT COOPERATE WITH AGODA, DONG! These people have no responsibility and no solution at all, when we complain, instead of apologizing, we code each other and smile! Please, those of you who are reading, don't book this place, it's far from decent, there's really no attitude, don't regret it, bookmark these people!!! Very disappointed I swear!

When I was about to check in, I was suddenly asked for an extra charge because they said the prices on weekends and the Agoda application were different. The receptionist was not friendly, did not wear formal clothes, and was unethical. I canceled check-in and requested a refund.
