First of all this hotel is ok but far from great. The breakfast ain't free unless you follow steps on the sign to give them great review, yeah fat chance. When reserving your room there is an option to pay for breakfast and you only get 1 ticket, per person staying with you for 1 free breakfast. After that you have to pay and let me tell you that breakfast is so dry. I HIGHLY recommend using the Grab app to order a better breakfast. Im telling you anything is better then what the hotel serves. Another thing, better have thai cash on you since if you don't you won't get your room key. Sucks if you just made to the hotel on time to check in but didn't have time to exchange cash, I heard they take card but the physical kind and a visa one. I stick with cash since I didn't want them to have it on file, don't bother about calling them or email ahead of time for the trip they won't answer.I had done so 3 weeks before i went over to thai land and they never responded. Now lets talk about the rooms, they are like a gamble. You either get a ok room or a crappy one. Don't be fooled by the photos since the ones you see online or from the second floor and when i arrived to my room i could tell i was scammed. My room was on the first floor and near a corner, but after a few days i had to switch rooms since it almost got flooded. Brings me to another point, in thai land ot rains A LOT so if your ever find yourself in the corner of of the back of the hotel request for a different room immediately. After heading into my room while avoiding the puddle that increases i was shortly greeted by staff members asking if i want to switch rooms. I agreed and was given a room on the second floor which was way better for when it rained. Take pictures of the room just in case since i found moldy spots and didn't want to be accused or have some sudden charge. In the end i didn't but it was better to be safe then sorry. There is a list of items of what suppose to be in the room but i after two rooms i never saw all of them. If your ever dying of heat dont expect those air conditioners to be fast enough to cool the room. They take a while but do make the room chilly enough.Your probably wondering what about pool? Doesn't that mean they have to clean it every time it rains or does it get closed? That pool? I don't ever see ANYONE swim in it. First of all the pool color was green and secondly the only people i did see try to interact with it dipped their feet in but that as close to any interaction i saw.The check out process is a bit long depending on how far your room is. Since my room was in the second floor I had to wait as the lady took the key, and check the room out to see if i broke any rules or dirty anything. I didn't thankfully but since i check out late night due to my flight i had the pay the price as if i was staying there an extra night. Since check out around evening time and i didn't trust the staff to hold it since half the time they weren't at the front desk. My guess was they cleaning or rather sleeping since this seems like a family run business. One more thing to note, when it becomes night around 10 or 11 they close the front entrance doors. Now people can still get in but not out, if your fingers are small you can pull open the door but there no handles to open them from inside.

There are a lot of mosquitoes. The lights in the room aren't bright. Hot water doesn't work, there's no refrigerator (700 per night), there's not enough parking.
