The location is really strategic. But it's not suitable for a family holiday, especially those bringing parents, there's no lift, it's a bit of an effort going up and down the stairs.In terms of service too, there are a lot of mistakes. Just be aware, at this place if more than 2 people are staying, there is an additional charge of 100k/additional person. It looks cheap, but just be careful if you're not aware of this, it could end up costing you money.In the bathroom, the glass door is somewhat transparent, there are no curtains either.

Super strategic accommodation, lots of food around, complaints are immediately resolved, access to GBK can be done on foot, in front there is Alfamart and a little move there is Indomaret

Good location, near many places to eat, in the city center. The rooms are also clean and tidy. Unfortunately the service is not good. From parking attendants to receptionists. Hopefully in the future it can be improved again

For those of you who want to watch football or a concert at GBK with a minimal budget, this place is highly recommended!1. To GBK, just walk +- 1 km2. Very friendly prices for travelers with a very strategic location3. Breakfast is not provided, but in front of the hotel there are many food sellers and there is a 24 hour Alfamart4. The room concept is like a boarding house but worth it at a price of around 360 KHopefully the services and facilities will be further improved because they will become regulars if they watch the national team at GBK.

The hotel feels like a new house. The place is clean.I just couldn't check in early, even though I had previously called the staff to get an early check in at 12. So I had to wait until 2, waiting for the room to be cleaned.The hotel doesn't provide breakfast.

One of the best places for staycation. The facilities are best at a very reasonable price. The building is modern and good looking.The staff was very cooperative with my luggage, helping me with everything.The room was spacious and the washroom was nice and big as well. It’s a good place with a nice price!!

I really like every concert, stay here 24 hours fo, looking for food nearby, minimarket & ATM nearby... the rooms are clean, it's really worth it 🫶🏻‼️

I didn't expect to get accommodation at this price with clean room facilities, modern buildings, when I got a room at the front. And when we left for the night, we suddenly came home and the room & bathroom had been cleaned again and replaced with towels, then given additional mineral water even though we didn't request it in the make up room. Good service 👍👍 friendly staff, guaranteed security. Across the street there is a 24-hour Alfamart, in the morning there are people selling vegetable ketupat, in the evening there is Kang Nasgor, so you don't have to worry about looking for food. It's really worth it for those who want to go to GBK because it's very close. Next time I will stay here again... thanks home 899 😍

The sign is a bit small and the building is covered by a high fence so you don't know if it's there. I was too late when I got on the ojol. overall the room is comfortable, clean. the AC works well, the mattress is also soft. The cupboard has lots of hangers. but for the bathroom, the door is a slightly transparent type. I can't see it, but the silhouette is still there, so I'm a bit embarrassed when I use it because I'm staying with friends. Then the bidet and shower have less power at night, so when you use the toilet to urinate/defecate you can't use the bidet because you can't wash properly, you have to use the shower. The hot water also doesn't work in the evening, even though it needs night time, but it helps because the weather is hot. in the morning, afternoon the water power in the bidet and shower is strong, it can be used to wash. Hot water also runs normally. For the TV, it's not a smart TV, so watching it is a bit boring, but that's okay. at least it works. good enough to accompany. the family room is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, so it's a bit of a sport if you bring suitcases, but overall for the price under 500K for three, it's okay, it could be an option. For car parking there is a basement, it's not too big, but it's not difficult to park. For guests it will definitely fit. In the front yard there is a bench for just sitting and relaxing. The street is also not too busy so it's not too noisy. There are lots of food vendors around so don't worry about going hungry, and there is an Alfamart in front of the hotel. Oh yes, the other minus is that this hotel is not disabled friendly. Access to the lobby is only stairs

Strategic location in Senayan, very close to GBK. Opposite there is an Alfamart and if you want to buy breakfast or dinner, there are lots of them selling around the hotel. Coincidentally, I booked a room for 3 people and got a room on the 3rd floor, but unfortunately there was no lift, so you had to go up and down 3 floors of stairs, quite a workout :D. the rooms are spacious, clean, the AC is cold. Only got 2 towels even though the room was for 3 people. Only bath soap is provided, no shampoo or toothbrush. What is a bit lacking is that in the morning the water pressure is low and you feel dissatisfied, the bidet also doesn't work. At night the water pressure is high, even though you need more water in the morning hehehe. There is a large mirror as a cupboard door that can be used for OOTD photos. Oh yes, there is no Qibla direction marker in the room. Every day you get 2 bottles of 600ml mineral water, but there are also pure it facilities on the 1st floor.For room rates, you can get a price of 300k for a room with a capacity of 2 people on the travel application, and 500k for a room with a capacity of 3 people.

The place is neat and comfortable. The description of the room is like a studio apartment. The receptionist was quite friendly but the service could still be optimized. At night, you can still hear the sound of vehicles passing by, so people who are sensitive to sound may be distracted during their rest hours.

The room is quite clean and comfortable, and it is in the city center so it feels close to everywhere. It's just that there is no lift in this guest house, if we get a room on the 3rd floor it's quite good if we have to lift suitcases. Close to a minimarket and food is also available around the guest house
