Rooms are spacious and clean, strategic location on the edge of the main road, near food stalls. The minus is that there is no free WiFi access, no toothbrush and paste provided.

The place is comfortable, strategic also in the city center, and the good thing is that next to it there is Tuku Coffee, suitable for drinking coffee, it's really satisfying.

I've been a regular here, and I'm satisfied with the staff, the friendly receptionist Mba Aminah is also very helpful to customers, the wifi is fast, the TV is Android, so you can have a staycation, if you want to hang out at Tuku coffee, look for something to eat close by, no need to go far" basically, Urban Living 2510 is getting better and better ✨

I've stayed here for almost 8-9 months because it's close to the office, the rooms are quite comfortable but there's a lot I want to comment on. Starting from the room, there are already walls that need to be repainted and there are lots of moldy spots. Even if it rains like it pours in and drips into the room, the AC also often leaks and when you call for AC service you just put a tissue on it... this happens very often...Coincidentally, my room has a balcony at the front and every time it rains it likes to enter the inside, to the point where I was staying the night after it was flooded, luckily I had put all the plugs on the table, it would have been really dangerous if, for example, there was no one in the room... the cause of the flood is that on the balcony there is a terrace where the drain is clogged and is rarely cleaned until the water rises to the top and finally enters the room. But even the balcony door has a space at the bottom and no adhesive, I've told this many times but never paid attention to it until I sealed it myself using plastic...Then the bathroom water also smells bad, the door is already shaking. The towels from 2510 had a lot of old stains on them and weren't clean, the bed cover mattress was also so dirty that I ended up not using the Sari 2510 bed cover, and now the kitchen area has been disappeared and the gallon of Aqua that was previously in the hall for drinking refills has been removed too. I don't understand the concept, is it because there is Tuku Coffee and it's busy so maybe the owner wants to differentiate targets? But what is certain is that many of my neighbors often complained about similar things and in the end they came out too.As for the employees and security guards, they are good to me, I don't have any problems with them... only if I could advise the management of 2510, it would be better to replace all the towels, bed covers, renovate the rooms... repaint the rooms and also replace the AC. There is a lot that needs to be improved from this 2510. It's a shame even though it's a strategic location

The worst stay experience ever. The staff is very unhelpful and very unfriendly, the receptionist who wears a veil with a slightly curvy body is very unfriendly, really doesn't understand how to work in hospitality, the room is damp, the wifi is slow, check in at 2 o'clock, check out must be at 11 o'clock if it's less, the deposit is not returned completely and this was not stated at the beginning. Highly not recommended even though the area is strategic. It's true that prices are affordable, but that doesn't mean you can act unprofessional.
