Stayed here suddenly for a day, because it was close to my husband's office and I had business too. the place is more like a boarding house, it's not bad for cleanliness. the service is friendly.

4 days 3 nights stayed in Mendjangan, near the main road. Close to Indomaret, access to ojol is also easy and fast.

The security guards are wandering around. Always take a long look. If an ojol comes, I don't know who to pick me up from and where. Afraid.

Had a chance to stay 4 nights here.Overall, it's like living in a boarding house even though it can be booked daily like a hotel.Pros:- The location is quite close to Rasuna Said and the Kuningan area.- Security is quite alert and helpful.- Complete electronics (TV, refrigerator, microwave, toaster).- The room facilities are quite complete (full furnishings including sofa, hot water, wifi, private bathroom, sink).- Bread is provided for breakfast every day.Cons:- Rooms are not cleaned at all even though they stay daily.- The AC looks worn out and takes quite a long time to cool down from the first turn on.- The bathroom is poorly maintained (see picture).- The electrical plug/outlet around the mattress didn't work at all.- The night light on the bedside table is not on.- The bed sheets and pillowcases were stained (so not sure whether they had been replaced or not by previous guests).- There are still food crumbs on the table and floor from when we first entered the room.- Wifi is a bit slow.- There is a deposit and ID card being held.- The staff seemed less than friendly.

I swear the service isn't great! It's a boarding house but pretends to be rented as a hotel! Starting from the strange security guard stalking me from the moment I entered, then suddenly we couldn't share a room with 4 people even though there was no information from the start, the AC was really hot and I complained but it wasn't ignored! THERE WAS 2 COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM and they were really big cockroaches! The bathroom is dirty. This price is expensive for a boarding house and not a hotel. That's enough, no more and I don't recommend it!!!!

Very bad service. The promise to clean it every 2 days was not kept. Just like that, they said there was laundry but the staff didn't take the laundry.Electricity is 200 thousand for 5 days and the position is only used at night because I work during the day. The card holder is broken and it turns itself off at night when I'm sleeping, I claim the technician has fixed it but the result is still the same, it turns off.Gausa admits it's cheap if the service is like this. It's not transparent either, when the survey said electricity was 100-200 a month 🤣

The place is spacious and comfortable, there is car parking too. In each room there is a microwave. The location is delicious, very strategic.

The boarding house is good, the facilities are complete, and the price is also decent. Parking is also quite adequate. But if the car is a bit big, it will be a bit difficult to park.The boarding house keeper is also not complicated. Guests can visit at any time as long as it's clear. 24 hour security is always at the gate.There is also a kind of common working room on the ground floor, there is also a small gym. The electricity system uses tokens.

Some facilities don't work, for example the gym machines were out of order for the whole month and were not fixed. Internet is intermittent, no good if you work online! Also noisy at 4am with call to prayer ...Apart from that nice rooms, good parking and pretty ladies working on reception.
