What you need to pay attention to is that Ayama Cove does not provide parking for daily overnight guests. I booked from Agoda, the staff said that Agoda had already listed the parking number, after I checked again it turned out there was no parking number. It's a bit strange to want to stay overnight but there's no parking provided. Hopefully there will be improvements.

Used to stay here for almost 3 years and suddenly the management has been changed to COVE (previously Rukita) then only 3 months after change I decided to move out because I faced so many issues, let me writte down all details* The room is only 12m2 but they charged me for electricity bill up to 400k per month, my current apart bill is likely 300k max* They forbid us to put shoes rack outside for the sake of cleanlineas and tidyness, but the fact is the building condition is way messy than my shoe rack. The ceiling and wall are so dirty, unused items are here and there, and the kitchen is so dirty many cockroaches* They have 2 shift security but they are useless, they were often gone out of nowhere* They room is not included laundry, I used to pay 3mio include laundry and electricity when Rukita handled it* The bed and pillow are not useable anymore, they literally have no intention to change* I used to compromise the traffic issue when 3mio rent cover everything but since COVE handle it poorly, 3mio rent here is not worth it all. Believe you can get better one with 3mio

The rooms is okay, water heater works well, they even have a qibla sign to help you. However, it was located in the Cipulir street, a hell of a traffic haha
