Location is fine. South JakartaThere are lots of really delicious snacks around, so it's not difficultComplete toiletries. There are towels. Cold AC.I've been here 3 times.The 3rd time here, the ladies were rude receptionists, it had to be exactly 2 o'clock before they could come in.The building isn't really bad, it's still okay. The lights are not bright enoughSafe motorbike and car parking.If you come here, buy a room online for under 150k, if I'm not mistaken, you'll be asked for the difference when you check in.

What's worse is that the manager makes a promo but the manager doesn't accept it. If he makes a promo, the manager should get the full price, this actually asks the guest for extra money, don't want to stay here, the manager is really rude, I hope this room closes, amen.

The receptionist was just like a Pongo person, asked plonga plongo like an Oon person, it was really difficult to explain, even for payment, they asked for tips and security money. I suggest you don't stay here again as the service is all poor

Order via Agoda and get a really cheap price + breakfast. Turns out ZONK has to add another payment at the hotel because the hotel conditions are different. Minimum stay with breakfast is 350 thousand, even though booking for 7 days with the application price is 138 thousand. Just total up how much remains to be paid. It's quite annoying because at that price you can stay in a hotel of at least 3 stars and you can get fairly complete hotel facilities in the Jakarta area, but what else can you do when you're already tired and just landed from the plane in the evening. Be careful if you want to stay here because if the price we pay in the application is less than the minimum standard, they could be subject to additional charges. If you ask about the hotel's equipment, it's lacking, just towels. The room was decent but there was a broken cupboard that couldn't be opened, if it couldn't be used, don't put it in the room, the sofabed was also badly damaged, lots of unclear stains & the smell of laundry, the sheets & blankets and towels looked like they had not been washed cleanly. Still smelly & dirty, full of stains. The staff is good at explaining details & patient. But the most annoying thing is that the sound in front of the room doesn't understand whether it's a fellow visitor or the owner of the inn, I swear it's been really loud since the morning I've been chatting and the voice is really booming, it seems like they're in a meeting but sometimes when I'm checking on the father is on the phone, sitting nicely with the ladies. Hopefully in the future the accommodation management will be improved, starting from cleanliness to price accuracy.
