The room doesn't smell damp and the bathroom is separated into a shower room and toilet, and having a restaurant to eat at night is very close. Just walk out in front of the hotel and there are many street food restaurants or you can walk out onto the road towards U Bank. Then I walked across the Malai road to a nearby convenience store.

The location is good, there is a parking lot (first-come-first-served basis for RVs), and breakfast is available for 5,000 won. There is no need to eat the Western-style breakfast (bread) because it is mainly Korean side dishes. There were many foreign guests...

I felt a bit cheated. The pictures made the hotel seem nicer than it really was. I think the pictures were old because they also had the hotel look like it was the tallest building in that little area. This was not the case. There are a couple other buildings around that were taller so for a second I was confused about where the hotel was. When you get to the room you find a can of Raid. This freaked me out a bit because I was terrified about finding a cockroach. I didn't see any cockroaches but did find a mosquito in the room even though I was on the 6th floor. The shower did not have shower curtains or even a partial partition. I say in the shower to try to keep the water from getting everywhere. I did see a drain on the floor so maybe it was meant to drain into the floor. Some of the tiles look like they were falling off.I didn't interact with the staff much outside of check in and check out, so I can't say helpful they are. The check in and check out processes were pretty easy and straight forward though. The elevators are a little small. One only goes up to the 6th floor while the other will go up to the 10th floor.Location wise, it is convenient if you plan to visit the Jagalchi market. There's also a row of vendor stalls next to the hotel, by the water if you want a late night snack.Overall, the stay was okay for the price. The can of Raid and the lack of recent photos made me feel deceived.
