I posted a review about Yanolja not being cleaned and was blocked! I didn't falsely post that it wasn't there, and it wasn't cleaned to the point where it could be seen, so even if I changed the room once, it didn't make much of a difference, so I just stayed there! I couldn't bring up the refund issue because they didn't give refunds for same-day cancellations. Honestly, if they didn't check the cleaning and hygiene conditions, it's not like they're blocking reviews, but they're not thinking about sincerely reflecting and improving, but I'm even more angry when I see that they're just saying they won't show the bad reviews! Guests don’t stay for free, and the basics of the lodging business are hygiene and cleanliness! Are you saying that the aunts at work are meticulous? But why is there a lot of dust in the interior lights and closets starting from the head of the bed? People who are really meticulous don't see things like that! I'm not making this up, and I feel really bad, but what's even funnier is that there's no spray on the legs, so my boyfriend changed it. I tried to appease him, but he said he didn't have any, so I called him again and asked him to bring me what was in the spare room first if it wasn't fully booked, and he reluctantly gave it to me! Isn't it basic to have a certain amount of basic supplies in stock? Or isn't it like, "Yes, I'll change it for you?" They didn't think about what they did and didn't say anything? They didn't do it because they were too annoyed to say it! If you're going to do business with that mindset, don't do business through an app at all! Leave aside what looks good and block what customers say! Did I swear or didn't you know? It's basic cleaning, but I pointed it out because it wasn't working. Isn't it natural to check and replace basic fixtures and electrical appliances? Looks like Yanolja is making a fuss about blocking reviews! I wonder how you would feel if you made a reservation at another accommodation and were given a room like that!!!!
