Never go to LCT Y Collection;“Two sisters were taking a shower at the hotel when a male employee opened the door and came in.”While the two sisters were taking a bath and changing clothes at Haeundae LCT, someone suddenly entered the password and came in. They were so scared that they said, “What?” I made a loud noise like this, and the shoe cabinet didn't say anything for 10 seconds, and then the man said he was sorry and left. I was so scared and embarrassed, but the hotel's response after that was so incomprehensible and embarrassing. Since I was traveling with two women, I chose a place with good security, but the male employee was there. Is this coming in correctly..? 3/3 ~ 3/4 I stayed with two sisters. I arrived at the hotel around 10pm on 3/3 and quickly checked in and went up because I only wanted to heal in the hotel. 3/4 I took a shower at 9am and came out and lay down on the bed naked. As I was about to get dressed, I suddenly heard the password sound and a male employee came in without permission. After calming down my scared mind, I called the front desk and asked: Me: Someone came in. What happened? Employee: No, not an employee. I will check the CCTV and contact you. There was no contact after 30 minutes, so I, the victim, called again. Me: When will you contact me? Employee: We are still checking the CCTV so you will have to wait. Me: Until when..? Employee: Is it okay if I help you with late check-out? In the end, 2 hours later, the check-out time was almost over, so I contacted them first and said that the general manager would come up to work. They confirmed that the general manager was an employee who had just come in, and they made me write a letter saying that they came in to clean the room. They apologized and were generous. I just kept repeating the words “understand” and entered the password, not even the master key. I never thought something like this would happen at LCT, which is famous for its strict security. My hands were shaking, and I was even more scared because I was alone with my sister and the woman. Check-out time was 11 o’clock. Is it true that a 5-star hotel lets you use a password to enter a room at 9 o'clock without knocking or checking? The check-out time at the LCT Residence, which is said to not be able to provide compensation at all, is 11 o'clock, but entering the password at 9 o'clock is something that can really happen in a 5-star hotel? From now on, even if I go on a trip, I always have to travel in a scared and fearful state. All of my plans for that day have been canceled, and I feel very angry, embarrassed, and have very complex emotions.

My son booked a suite for us for our anniversary. The room is fantastic. Nice view of the ocean (not the beach) from the 60th floor.In the two sparkling bathrooms there are nice towels (no wash cloth) and one tiny bar of soap by the sink. No shampoo no bodywash no conditioner. You can buy an amenities packet for 10,000 won which includes these items. Really. Over $350 for the room and I have to pay extra for basic amenities? Obviously a decision made by an accountant. Guys, don't let the accountants run (ruin) the company.

We stayed in 2 units on the 70th floor. The 3 bedroom room unit has the beach view and it was amazing. The 2 bedroom unit faced the opposite coastline but still a great view. Places were very clean, spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Can’t go wrong.

Stayed here for a special anniversary.It's my first time visiting, so I'm looking for residences, hotels, shops, etc.I'm confused about the direction.I don't know how the people who live there are like.I didn't really see much benefit compared to the price.For those who do not like high-rise viewsI don't recommend itAccessibility to Haeundae Beach was good.When a lot of people stayIt seems appropriate to spend time in one space.

Amazing Expereince. Brand New Serviced Apartments close to Hauendae Beach area in Busan. We were given 2 BHK Aprtment on 94th floor. The apartments had lot of modern conveniences including an electrinic massage couch. The views from the apartment were fabulous. The apartment was very spacious and well furnished. The staff was very courteous. The kitchen was fully equipped and they had well stocked crockery and cutlery. I would highly recommend LCT Residences for your stay in Busan.

It's nice for a family gathering. We ate at a nearby restaurant, took a walk on the beach, and the kids went to the pool. Since it is a residence and not a hotel, you may want to consider this and stay for family gatherings.
