The hotel front desk staff is really unfriendly. I made up my mind to come all the way to Busan with my younger brother from Seoul. I didn't understand the staff member's explanation, so I asked them to explain it again, and they explained it to me while yelling and looking annoyed. The female staff member was so unfriendly that I felt bad.

Two people stayed here on Saturday. It was just under 14,000 yen on agoda. Prices go up on Saturdays, so I think this is a good value for money. The staff was fluent in English and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room is large with separate shower and toilet. Two bottles of water are provided, but there are no amenities (shampoo conditioner, etc.).I would also like to use it if I have the opportunity.

We booked the partial view room (Gwangan bridge was blocked), spacious room with seperate wc & showers. Shampoo, shower gel & conditioner was not provided. We were surprised it comes with adjustable bed & automated curtains.Great location (next to gwangalli beach), tous les jours bakery is nearby. Downside is quite a distance from nearby bus / metro line.

Quite a nice hotel. Not sure why they would say "ocean view" as several buildings obstruct the view. The rooms decor is very nice and modern. Love the bed. However, the service from the staff was very off-putting. I feel bad for anyone taking a long flight to encounter such a cold, unfriendly and rude staff. I hope more care and attentiveness goes into better customer service
