We didn’t leave any windows open and there were still mosquitoes in the room. We killed 2 and there were still more. The room was dusty and we had stuffy nose from it. Our bodies were mildly itchy from sleeping on the bed. The light and fan of the shower room can never be turned off and we just have to sleep with light from the side. We stayed in 503. There are no lights in the hallway at night , it is very dark. We had to burn one of the days we paid for and they didn’t offer partial refund when we requested.

This hotel is absolute garbage!!! The first room had no hot water, spider webs and dust on the lamps, mold all over the window in the bathroom and a dirty tub. We called down and complained and they moved us to another room which was just as bad. Again no hot water, mold all over the walls, cracks in the tiles, stains all over the walls and trash stuffed under the sink. Also the room is full of mosquitos!! I have no idea how they have a 4 star rating because this place is sucks!!!!!

The criteria for choosing a hotel differs depending on what is important to each person, so please use the number of stars you have given as a reference only.However, in conclusion, I don't think I will repeat it.The good points are that it's close to Busan Station and the design of the room is pretty good.I think it would have been better to consider another hotel for the same price.The points of dissatisfaction are listed below.・The entrance layout and interior atmosphere are clearly love hotel-style.・Anyway, the common areas such as the hallway are dark.・One of the two elevators cannot be used.・I made a reservation through Agoda and chose to pay on-site, but my card was automatically charged after the online reservation was made. However, I asked Agoda and got a refund without any problems.・If you stay for multiple nights, they will not change your gown or towel unless you tell them. Even though I told them they didn't have enough gowns, they didn't replace them in the end. Also, two towels were provided for each person, but they were too small to withstand a woman's hair.・Although the visible areas seem to have been cleaned to a certain extent, the backs of the shelves and the invisible areas have accumulated a lot of dust and dirt, making it extremely unsanitary.・I couldn't find the remote control for the air conditioner, so when I checked with the front desk, I was told not to use the air conditioner and to open the window. Later, I discovered that I could control the air conditioner with the TV remote control, and somehow managed to avoid sleepless nights. Incidentally, the hotel is located close to the railroad tracks, so if you open the windows, you will hear the sound of the trains leaking through.・No amenities other than towels, gowns, and soaps.・No closet. No security box either.・The shower water temperature adjustment didn't work, so I could only use the cold shower in the morning. Also, water pressure is insufficient.・It's nice to have a toilet seat that cleans, but the operability and settings are strange, making it unsuitable for Japanese people. Water splashes onto your butt and clothes quite a bit.・The flushing water pressure of the toilet is very high, so when you flush your clothes and body, the water from the toilet bowl gets wet, making them drenched.・The front desk staff can't speak Japanese at all, and their English isn't very good either.

Room is clean. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. What I don't like the most is that the sink is set outside next to the bed. Have to pay an additional 2000 won if you want to use toothpaste and all. The rest is very ok
